dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена характеристиці специфіки реалізації міждисциплінарного підходу у магістерських програмах, що отримали підтримку у проєктах програми Еразмус+. За допомогою термінологічного аналізу окреслено сутність поняття «міждисциплінарність» у науковому дискурсі. Метод контент‐ аналізу дозволив простежити реалізацію міждисциплінарного підходу в освітніх програмах підготовки магістрів європейських університетів, підтриманих, у проєктах програми Еразмус+. З’ясовано, що активне використання міждисциплінарного підходу в підготовці магістрів є перспективним, позаяк ідея синтезу та інтеграції збагачує знання у різних сферах, створює умови для успішного використання теоретичних знань на практиці, забезпечуючи конкурентоспроможність майбутнього фахівця на ринку праці.
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the characteristics of the specifics of the implementation of the interdisciplinary approach in master’s programs supported by the Erasmus+ program projects. With the help of terminological analysis, the essence of the concept of “interdisciplinarity” in the scientific discourse is outlined. The method of content analysis made it possible to trace the implementation of an interdisciplinary approach in the educational programs of master’s training of European universities, supported by the projects of the Erasmus+ program. It was found that the active use of an interdisciplinary approach in the preparation of masters is promising, since the idea of synthesis and integration enriches knowledge in various fields, creates conditions for the successful use of theoretical knowledge in practice, ensuring the competitiveness of the future specialist in the labor market. The article describes the main directions of Erasmus+: Mundus, KA2. Development of the potential of higher education (ex‐Tempus), direction of Jean Monet (module, department, advanced training center). These projects are aimed at popularizing European values and best practices of EU countries. Erasmus Mundus is divided into Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters and Erasmus Mundus Design Measures, in which special attention is paid to the idea of European integration, synthesis of knowledge within the framework of preparation of master's programs. The main goal is to create innovative and highly integrated master's programs that involve partnership, the involvement of successful students from different countries, mandatory physical mobility for all participants, joint or multiple diplomas upon completion of studies. Direction Erasmus+: KA2. The development of the potential of higher education (ex‐Tempus) is aimed at: modernization of existing or development of new educational programs, which, taking into account the demands of the day and innovations, are aimed at improving teaching and learning methods; improvement of teaching and methodical materials; implementation of quality assurance culture; improving governance and management; involvement of employers, etc. The Jean Monnet direction popularizes the EU higher education system in terms of regional, comparative, informational, economic, historical, intercultural, interdisciplinary studies, etc. It was clarified that the program is aimed at creating a productive dialogue between the sphere of education and state institutions, the purpose of which is to improve the management policy of the EU. It was found that the active use of an interdisciplinary approach in the training of masters is promising, since the idea of synthesis and integration enriches knowledge in various fields, creates conditions for the successful use of theoretical knowledge in practice, ensuring the competitiveness of the future specialist in the labor market. At the same time, the principle of cohesion for a common goal is one of the main tasks of building the European Area of Higher Education.
