Анотація
У статті систематизовано системні недоліки та інформаційні розриви в інформаційному забезпеченні агробізнесу. Доведено, що впровадження розрізненого софту й технологій точного землеробства є малоефективним через ізольованість даних на стиках тріади «облік – аналіз – контроль». Ключовими проблемами визначено фіскальну орієнтацію та затримку обліку, домінування ретроспективного аналізу, слабкість внутрішнього контролю та відірваність неузгодженість фінансово-економічних індикаторів від операційних даних. Для ліквідації цих деструкцій розроблено архітектурно-методологічні пропозиції щодо переходу до єдиного інформаційного простору на базі програмних інтерфейсів прикладного програмування та систем керування довідковими даними. Обґрунтовано впровадження динамічної оцінки незавершеного виробництва за супутниковими даними, поопераційного калькулювання за видами діяльності, предикативної бізнес-аналітики та стохастичного моделювання. Рекомендовано реінжиніринг системи внутрішнього контролю на засадах безперервного моніторингу та інтеграції критичних точок контролю систем аналізу ризиків та контролю безпечності харчових продуктів (HACCP) і міжнародних стандартів якості (ISO). Це трансформує інформаційну систему з реєстратора минулих подій у драйвер предикативного менеджменту та економічної стійкості агробізнесу.
The article provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological study and systematization of systemic shortcomings and information gaps in the information support of agribusiness enterprises. It is substantiated that the current stage of development of the domestic agricultural sector, which unfolds under conditions of unprecedented volatility, military-economic challenges, and global climate changes, requires a fundamental modernization of the management framework architecture. A paradoxical situation has been revealed: the mass implementation of disparate software products and individual precision farming technologies does not ensure proper management efficiency in practice due to deep functional gaps and "bottlenecks" at the intersections of the "accounting – analysis – control" triad of subsystems. Information turns out to be isolated within separate loops, leading to its duplication, distortion, and loss of operational timeliness. The main problems of the accounting, analytical, and control loops have been identified, including the fiscal orientation of accounting, time lags in information generation, the dominance of retrospective analysis, insufficient integration of financial and production metrics, as well as the weakness of the internal control system. To eliminate the identified disruptions, a package of comprehensive architectural and methodological proposals has been developed. The concept of transitioning to a unified enterprise information space based on integration mechanisms and master data management platforms is substantiated. The expediency of implementing a dynamic assessment of work-in-progress based on satellite monitoring, activity-based costing (the ABC method), predictive business intelligence, and stochastic modeling has been proved. The reengineering of the internal control system based on continuous monitoring and value-based integration of critical control points of HACCP / ISO systems into the general risk management matrix is recommended. The implementation of the proposed solutions ensures the transformation of the information system from a passive recorder of past events into a dynamic driver of predictive management and economic resilience of agribusiness entities.
