Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних питань впровадження контролінгу в систему управління підприємств промисловості України. Відзначено, що актуальною концепцією в системі управління підприємством є контролінг, який сприятиме забезпеченню фінансово-економічної підтримки підприємства у цілому та стійкому його розвитку шляхом формування релевантної інформації для прийняття управлінських рішень. Метою дослідження є узагальнення теоретичних аспектів з реалізації контролінгу як інструменту обґрунтованості управлінських рішень та технології управління в системі забезпечення менеджменту підприємства з метою стійкого розвитку і підтримки конкурентних переваг суб’єкта господарювання. В роботі розглянуто сутність контролінгу в історичному аспекті. Авторами здійснено оцінювання статистичних даних підприємств промислового сектору та обумовлено необхідність удосконалення системи управління шляхом упровадження інтегрованої системи контролінгу. В роботі розглянуто причини необхідності впровадження та забезпечення контролінгу на підприємствах та розроблено механізм оптимізації бізнес-процесів з формування та функціонування системи контролінгу на підприємствах.
The article is devoted to the study of topical issues of the introduction of controlling into the management system of industrial enterprises of Ukraine. It was noted that controlling is a relevant concept in the enterprise management system, which will contribute to ensuring the financial and economic support of the enterprise as a whole and its sustainable development through the formation of relevant information for making management decisions. The purpose of the study is to generalize the theoretical aspects of the implementation of controlling as a tool for the validity of management decisions and management technology in the system of ensuring the management of the enterprise for the purpose of sustainable development and maintaining the competitive advantages of the business entity. The work examines the essence of controlling in a historical aspect. It is noted that there are two scientific schools of controlling: Anglo-American and German, and their comparative characteristics are given. The existence of two trends in the formation of controlling led to the existence of different approaches to the essence of controlling. It is noted that the concepts of "controlling" and "control" are equated in the economic literature and their differences are highlighted. The authors evaluated the statistical data of enterprises in the industrial sector and found a low level of investment activity, product sales and profitability, which provides a basis for their effective functioning. This determines the need to improve the management system of industrial enterprises through the introduction of an integrated controlling system. The work considers the reasons for the need to implement and ensure controlling at enterprises. The stages of the process of organizing and functioning of the controlling system at an industrial enterprise are proposed. Controlling in the enterprise management system must be considered as a multifaceted process, which is a set of various business processes and is imposed on the organizational structure of the enterprise. The authors proposed the use of a process approach to the formation of the controlling system at the enterprise and developed a mechanism for optimizing business processes for the formation and functioning of the controlling system at enterprises.
