dc.description.abstractУ цій статті порушується питання, яке тривалий час залишалося поза увагою освітянської спільноти незалежної України. Йдеться про необхідність адаптації формування фахової компетентності інженера‐аграрника до кардинальних змін у вітчизняному сільському господарстві, що відбулися з часу здобуття Україною незалежності. За цей період значні реформи в сільському господарстві призвели до зміни форм власності від колективної та державної до приватної. Як наслідок, сучасні приватні сільськогосподарські компанії функціонують і розвиваються за суворими законами ринкової економіки. Це означає, що основною метою такого управління є, перш за все, максимізація прибутку. В результаті такого не завжди прогресивного розвитку змінюється професійна освіта технічного персоналу в аграрному секторі, яка створювалася десятиліттями. Наприклад, розрив зв'язків між приватними сільськогосподарськими підприємствами та аграрними закладами освіти, порушення умов, необхідних для відтворення родючості ґрунтів сільськогосподарськими підприємствами, економія висококваліфікованих кадрів та частковий перехід до компетенції агроінженерів задач професійної діяльності з агрономії, агрохімічного обслуговування, захисту рослин та інших подібних завдань. Цих змін достатньо, щоб зрозуміти, що існують серйозні проблеми у формуванні фахових компетентностей майбутніх фахівців з аграрної інженерії у закладах аграрної освіти. Була зроблена спроба виявити сучасні обов’язки агроінженера у вітчизняному сільському господарстві та визначити вимоги до його професійної підготовки.
dc.description.abstractThis article raises an issue that has been neglected by the educational community of independent Ukraine for a long time. It is about the need to adapt the formation of the professional competence of an agricultural engineer to the drastic changes in domestic agriculture that have taken place since Ukraine gained independence. During this period, significant reforms in agriculture led to a change in forms of ownership from collective and state to private. As a result, modern private agricultural companies function and develop according to the strict laws of the market economy. This means that the main goal of such management is, first of all, profit maximization. As a result of this not always progressive development, the professional education of technical personnel in the agricultural sector, which was created for decades, is changing. For example, the severing of ties between private agricultural enterprises and agrarian educational institutions, the violation of the conditions necessary for the reproduction of soil fertility by agricultural enterprises, the saving of highly qualified personnel and the partial transfer to the competence of agricultural engineers of the tasks of professional activity in agronomy, agrochemical maintenance, plant protection and other similar tasks . These changes are enough to understand that there are serious problems in the formation of professional competences of future agricultural engineering specialists in agricultural education institutions. An attempt was made to reveal the modern duties of an agricultural engineer in domestic agriculture and to determine the requirements for his professional training.
