dc.description.abstractУ статті висвітлено теоретичні та практичні аспекти організації дистанційного навчання в системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Визначено та розглянуто задачі, організацію, технічне забезпечення, дидактичні принципи, форми та методи дистанційного навчання. Окремо виділено випереджальний принцип, який притаманний дистанційному навчанню й забезпечує формування професійних компетенцій слухачів на сучасному рівні. Розглянуто оновлену та розширену роль викладача та його завдання при дистанційному навчанні. Наведено переваги й недоліки дистанційного навчання.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the article is to highlight the theoretical and practical aspects of organization of distance learning in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. Distance learning is an object of research. Training in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is a subject of research. The main tasks of distance learning are selected in the article. They are: - to organize Distance learning; - to organize technical support of distance learning; - to implement didactic principles of teaching; - to use forms, methods and means of distance learning; - to organize independent work of listeners; - to update teacher’s role in distance learning. Each of these tasks is described separately. Assignments of the organization of distance learning are allocated. Institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education are needed to organize technical support of distance learning, since it is known that distance learning is based on the use of information and communication technologies. All the existing traditional didactic principles of teaching are implemented in the framework of distance learning and new ones appear and they are connected with the usage of modern information technologies. The principle of ahead is described separately. It provides the formation of professional competences of listeners on a modern level ahead of the demands of the society. Forms and methods of teaching in distance learning also undergo significant changes. For example, specific forms for it are chat sessions, testing, forum, video conferencing, e-mailing and others, and methods are case technology, network technology, technologies wiki, blog, electronic learning (e-learning), mobile learning (m-learning), smart learning, blended learning and other. Updated and expanded the role of teacher in distance learning and his tasks are considered in the article also. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are presented. To sum up, distance learning plays a significant role in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education and provides maximum usage of its possibilities and advantages. Prospects for further research are outlined.uk_UA
