Представлено результати дослідження проблеми формування ораторської майстерності в майбутніх магістрів соціальної педагогіки, а саме: установлено відповідність між характеристиками професійної майстерності магістра соціальної педагогіки та рівнями його ораторської майстерності; узгоджено критерії (інформаційний, операційний, мотиваційний), показники та рівні (високий, середній, низький) сформованості ораторської майстерності в майбутніх магістрів соціальної педагогіки.
In the article the results of research of problem of forming oratorical trade for the future master’s degrees of social pedagogics are presented, the functional field of whose is considerably wider, than bachelor’s or specialist’s one. In particular, in educationally-qualifying description the master’s degree of social pedagogics is positioned as a teacher of educational institution (higher and professional), research worker and lecturer. Such positions require forming of classic oratorical abilities, which are abilities to convince and speak publicly. The problem of forming of oratorical mastery for the future master’s degrees of social pedagogics is extraordinarily actual, as empiric research of professional communication of social pedagogues of general educational establishments and social services witnessed, that in their professional activity they are not oriented to forming of oratorical abilities and skills, counting them only the display of talent. However, if the natural oratorical talent is inherent to the social pedagogue, they realize it intuitively, but not controllably or organized, therefore – unprofessionally. In some measure it is explained by the stereotypes of modern society, that stipulate an attitude of workers of social sphere toward oratorical mastery as to ability to carry out self-presentation. However, as it is noticed in the article, till now a question about forming of oratorical mastery for the future master’s degrees of social pedagogics did not almost rise. It is confirmed by the fact that the discipline with the subject of oratorical mastery (art of lecturer, teacher) has not been included to the curricula of training of master’s degrees of social pedagogics in pedagogical universities. The analysis of research problem educed the necessity of forming oratorical trade of future master’s degrees of social pedagogics and stimulation of them to the use of oratorical abilities in professionally-pedagogical activity. For this purpose three criteria of evaluation of levels of forming of oratorical mastery were worked out: informative, operational, motivational. On the basis of certain criteria and indexes of forming of necessary socially-pedagogical knowledge, abilities and skills the levels of formation of oratorical trade are set for the future master’s degrees of social pedagogics: high, middle and low. The social being informed of students, their needs, tastes, ideas about the professionally-ethic credo of social teacher (worker), social position, views, presence (or absence) of oratorical abilities, readiness and desire to use them in socially-pedagogical work was thus taken into account. The emphasizing of levels of formation of oratorical mastery for the future master’s degrees of social pedagogics furthers the implementation of differentiated approach to their preparation. Determination of these levels helped to do qualitatively-quantitative description of the shown out criteria and indexes.
