dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена проблемі підготовки майбутніх пілотів до міжкультурної взаємодії. У результаті дослідження визначено критерії з показниками відповідно до структури готовності майбутніх пілотів до міжкультурної взаємодії: ціннісний критерій визначено до мотиваційного компоненту; пізнавальний критерій характеризує когнітивно-діяльнісний компонент; поведінковий критерій обрано для акмеологічного компоненту; інтерперсональний критерій відповідає емоційно-вольовому компоненту. Виокремлені показники дозволили розробити трирівневу шкалу рівнів готовності майбутніх пілотів до міжкультурної взаємодії, а саме: низький, середній та високий.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe preparation for intercultural interaction is a complex multicomponent process that requires constant improvement of one’s knowledge, skills and abilities in order to participate more efficiently in multicultural environment. It is based on deep understanding of the language and behavior of the communication partner in the process of joint activities. The aviation specialists’ training in the field of intercultural interaction requires more attention, as the pilot on international air routes carries out professional communication with the air traffic controller from another country, communicates with many representatives of different cultures on business trips, and works in a multicultural environment in the cockpit. The article reveals the problem of preparing future pilots for intercultural interaction. As a result of the research, the criteria with the indicators have been determined in accordance with the structure of future pilots’ readiness for intercultural interaction. The motivational component corresponds to the value criterion with the following indicators: awareness of the importance of intercultural interaction in professional activities, value attitude to native and foreign culture and traditions. The cognitive-activity component corresponds to the cognitive criterion with indicators: knowledge, skills and competences of intercultural interaction. The acmeological component corresponds to the behavioral criterion with the indicators: focus on success in professional activities; possession of socio-professional activity in the intercultural environment; interaction with colleagues, representatives of other ethnic groups and cultures; conflict resolution in the intercultural environment. The emotional-volitional component corresponds to the interpersonal criterion with the indicators of a number of professionally important qualities of intercultural interaction. The selected indicators allowed developing a three-level scale of levels of future pilots’ readiness for intercultural interaction, namely: low, medium and high. The low level is characterized by the unformed readiness for intercultural interaction. The cadets have almost no knowledge, no developed skills, and competences of intercultural interaction. The middle level is characterized by the fact that cadets have a sufficient level of knowledge, skills and competences in intercultural interaction. The need and readiness to improve their professional status in the future are well formed. The high level is characterized by a firm formation of readiness for intercultural interaction.uk_UA
