Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано перспективи застосування практико-орієнтованого підходу в системі професійної підготовки майбутніх фармацевтів. Розкрито сутність практико-орієнтованого навчання як засобу формування технологічних умінь здобувачів освіти. Установлено, що практико-орієнтований підхід спрямований на створення умов, які сприяють формуванню в майбутніх фармацевтів необхідного мінімуму професійних умінь, навичок і досвіду практичної діяльності, а також на надбання системи теоретичних знань, що набуваються протягом лекційних занять.
The purpose of this article is to present an argument for the prospects of applying a practice-oriented approach in the system of professional training of future pharmacists. The essence of practice-oriented learning is revealed. It is outlined as organization of the educational process in the context of the future profession by reproducing in the forms and methods of educational activities of students in real psychological and social situations that accompany the professional activities. The problem of ensuring the quality of students’ training and their further successful employment in the pharmaceutical labor market makes it important to focus medical, pharmaceutical institutions of higher education on the ability of their graduates to the practical implementation of the acquired competences. The practice-oriented approach is organization of educational process with the use of professionally oriented technologies of training as well as the methods of future professional activity fragments modeling on the basis of use of professionally directed studying possibilities of profile and non-profile disciplines. It was found that the practice-oriented approach is one of the most effective means of professionalizing the training of future pharmacists, as it brings students as close as possible to future professional activities; contributes to the formation of future pharmacists the necessary technological skills and abilities, a system of theoretical knowledge, professional competence that meets the educational standard. Analysis of a set of literature sources revealed that quite often a practice-oriented approach is considered by researchers as a method of teaching and learning in combination with practical activities, focusing the learning process on the final product of learning – formation and development of professional competences. New technologies for training future pharmacists can be developed on the basis of a practice-oriented approach that will increase students’ motivation to form their own professional competence successfully.
