Анотація
У статі виявлено тренди цифровізації робочих місць та зайнятості та їх поширення під впливом глобалізації, визначено їх актуальність для національного ринку праці. Запропоновано підхід до оцінки цифрового потенціалу робочої сили, на підставі якого проведено діагностику його стану за наявних статистичних та фактичних даних Державної служби статистики України та Державної служби зайнятості України. Виявлено ключові виклики та можливості, що постають перед національним ринком праці в умовах цифровізації та глобалізації, на тлі деструктивного впливу російсько-української війни. Розроблений підхід об’єднання викликів та можливостей використаний для обґрунтування стратегічних напрямів розвитку цифрового потенціалу робочої сили для потреб промисловості та забезпе- чення повоєнного відновлення економіки.
Post-war industrial recovery based on digitalization will allow solving a number of complex problems: technological lag, labour shortage, insufficient level of job inclusion, etc. At the same time, such an approach requires qualified employees capable of working with modern technologies. In conditions of infrastructure destruction and loss of human capital, the digital potential of the workforce is a key factor for the rapid and effective recovery of industry. In this context, the digital potential of the workforce plays a crucial role in the post-war reconstruction of the country. The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate strategic directions for the development of the digital potential of the workforce to meet the needs of industry in qualified personnel capable of working with modern technologies and to promote its innovative development in the conditions of the post-war reconstruction of the country. The research used methods of analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction to identify the main trends in the digitalization of workplaces and to form strategic directions for the formation of the digital potential of the workforce, as well as the method of comparative data analysis for its assessment. The article identifies trends in the digitalization of workplaces and employment and their spread un- der the influence of globalization, determines their relevance for the national labour market. A proposed approach to assessing the digital potential of the workforce is used to diagnose its current level, utilizing available statistical data on digital skills and employment trends from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and the State Employment Service of Ukraine. Key challenges and opportunities facing the national labor market in the context of digitalization and globalization, against the background of the destructive impact of the russian-Ukrainian war, are identified. The developed approach of combining challenges and opportunities is used to substantiate strategic directions for the development of the workforce’s digital potential for the needs of industry and ensuring post-war economic recovery. The results of the study can become the basis for the development of strategies and programs aimed at developing the digital potential of the workforce and contributing to the industrial recovery of Ukraine in the post-war period.
