dc.description.abstractУ статті обговорюється проблема формування професійної компетентності майбутніх педагогів. Визначається сутність феномену «компетенція», виділені складові комунікативної компетентності педагога як основного фактора успішності професійної діяльності. Соціально-психологічний тренінг представлений як форма активного навчання, який, з одного боку, сприяє придбанню й закріпленню психологічних знань, а, з іншого, – створює умови для саморозкриття його учасників і пошуку ними способів вирішення соціально- психологічних проблем.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn this article we discuss the problem of formation of professional competence of future teachers. Here in the point of the «competence» phenomenon is determined, as well as constituents of teacher’s communicative competence as the main factor of successful professional activity are identified. Communicative competence of the teacher is a complex notion. Being based on language and speech competence, communicative competence ensures communication in specific situations. The formation of teacher’s communicative competence is aimed at training of conversation culture. The final aim is to develop an effective cooperation between the teacher and children, as well as between the teacher and adults. Under the conditions of teacher training, among a number of other methods, social-psychological training is gaining recognition. It allows to combine theory and practice, it is notable for pronounced training nature and allows to expand the arsenal of exercises aimed at creative professional self-improvement. Social-psychological training, unlike other interactive forms of education, is based on the communication process modeling. Therefore, the use of social-psychological training in the process of future teacher training is defined as an important pedagogical condition of teacher’s communicative competence formation. Our research showed that the efficiency of using social-psychological training, in order to develop communicative competence, is provided by taking into account following factors: psychological (presence of creative and humane relationships in the study group), personal (students’ responsible personality orientation) and methodological ones. We have proved that the importance of social-psychological training, under condition of its seamless integration to the teacher training system, consists in the consecutive orientation of students to improve their communicative activity as a component of creative professional self-improvement that is the most significant prerequisite of teacher professional development. Hence, its application in the practice of university teaching deserves attention of methodologists, theorists and practitioners, who nowadays are studying humanization of education in Ukraine.uk_UA
