dc.description.abstractУ статті обговорено та проаналізовано стан здоров'я сучасного населення, виявлені упущення нинішньої політики у формуванні здорового способу життя (ФЗСЖ). Визначено, що в Україні практично відсутня стратегія, план дій щодо поширення основних елементів здорового способу життя (збалансоване раціональне харчування, регулярна фізична активність, відмова від шкідливих звичок, позитивне мислення, уміння керувати власним здоров'ям тощо). У статті вивчений досвід щодо впровадження політики формування здорового способу життя в інших європейських країнах. Запропоновано розробити й реалізувати комплексну державну програму і перспективи розвитку формування здорового способу життя в Україні.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article discusses and analyzes the state of health of the modern population, which requires a long-term program of measures and an appropriate state policy in the formation of a healthy lifestyle (PFHL). According to the sociological research, it was found out that the attitude of young people to a healthy lifestyle depends largely on: - the state of the environment, - psychological stress, bad habits, - malnutrition, - lack of physical activity, etc. It is considered that way of life of a person is determined by three categories: - standard of living, - quality of life and lifestyle. It is revealed that in Ukraine there is practically no strategy, action plan on the distribution of the basic elements of a healthy lifestyle (balanced rational nutrition, regular physical activity, giving up bad habits, positive thinking, ability to manage one's own health, etc.), inactivity for promoting a healthy lifestyle and creating conditions for its implementation, according to a WHO presentation published. It is noted that in Ukraine there is a number of structures engaged in informational and educational work, but they lack proper monitoring and evaluation questions of the effectiveness of this activity. It is somewhat outdated and needs to be updated, in particular, it is important to develop high-quality social advertising. It is offered to take advantage of already existing successful experience of foreign countries in the field of healthy lifestyle, which shows that a more promising and economically beneficial way for the society to save health is connected with wide introduction of preventive technologies. The article examines implementation of policies for the formation of a healthy lifestyle in different European countries. It is proposed to develop and implement a comprehensive state program and prospects for the development of a healthy lifestyle in Ukraine.uk_UA
