dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено, що діяльність будь‐якої організації передбачає процес управління, який досягається через реалізацію функцій управління, що спонукають керівника до прийняття низки управлінських рішень, спрямованих на досягнення цілей організації. В процесі дослідження визначено теоретичну сутність поняття «управлінське рішення», як формалізований на альтернативних засадах метод менеджменту, який є і результатом, і змістом праці керівника, його вибором із альтернативи за допомогою об’єктивного аналітичного процесу, реакцією на проблему або завдання, що виникли в організації, які менеджер повинен вирішувати адже процвітання чи невдачі організації ‐ це результат рішень,прийнятих керівником. Залежно від виду проблем, які стоять перед організацією, та підходів їх вирішення у процесі формування управлінських рішень розкрито застосування принципів прийняття управлінських рішень,можливі моделі та методи формування, визначено вимоги до їх прийняття,ознаки та алгоритм реалізації та стилі прийняття, що здійснюються через надзвичайно складний комплекс робіт, дій, операцій і є однією з основних органічних функцій менеджменту.
dc.description.abstractThe article defines that the activity of any organization involves a management process, which is achieved through the implementation of management functions that encourage the manager to make a number of management decisions aimed at achieving the goals of the organization, and the emphasis is placed on the fact that the management decision‐making process is quite complex and multifaceted and depends on the qualifications of the manager, his leadership style, the situation, the culture of the organization. In the process of research, the theoretical essence of the concept of «management decision» was defined as a management method formalized on an alternative basis, which is both the result and the content of the manager's work, his choice from alternatives using an objective analytical process, a reaction to a problem or task that has arisen in the organization, which the manager must solve because the prosperity or failure of the organization is the result of decisions made by the manager. Depending on the type of problems faced by the organization and approaches to solving them in the process of forming managerial decisions, the application of principles of managerial decision‐making, possible models and methods of formation are revealed, the requirements for their adoption, signs and the algorithm of implementation and styles of adoption are determined, which are carried out through an extremely intricate complex of works, actions, operations and one of the main organic functions of management. It has been proven that the most recognized approach to management decision‐making is to follow the procedure and perform the mandatory steps: identify the problem, establish the goal of its solution, study the problem by collecting and processing information, substantiate objective alternative actions, compare and select identified alternatives, formulate and make management decisions, organize their implementation and control.
