Анотація
У статті розглянуто актуальні аспекти інтеграції формальної та неформальної освіти в сучасному освітньому просторі України. Доведено, що традиційна система формальної освіти, попри її систематизованість та урегульованість, характеризується застарілими методами навчання та викладання, які не відповідають сучасним вимогами. Проаналізовано вітчизняні підходи до визначення сутності формальної й неформальної освіти. Узагальнено досвід країн ЄС, зокрема Франції, щодо визнання результатів навчання, здобутих у межах неформальної освіти. Зроблено висновок, що інтеграція формальної та неформальної освіти є стратегічним напрямом модернізації вищої освіти, який сприятиме підготовці фахівців нового покоління – мобільних, адаптивних, креативних, здатних до безперервного навчання та ефективної професійної діяльності в умовах динамічного розвитку суспільства економіки.
The article discusses current aspects of integrating formal and informal education in the modern educational space of Ukraine. The authors emphasize the need to develop flexible skills in higher education students that meet the requirements of the modern labor market and social challenges. It has been proven that the traditional system of formal education, despite its systematic and regulated nature, is characterized by outdated methods of learning and teaching that do not meet modern requirements. In this context, informal education is seen as an important additional source of knowledge, skills, and competencies that contribute to the training of competitive specialists. Domestic approaches to defining the essence of formal and informal education are analyzed. The experience of EU countries, in particular France, in recognizing learning outcomes achieved through informal education is summarized. It has been determined that Ukraine has a regulatory framework for the implementation of such practices, but the procedure for their standardization and a transparent assessment mechanism need to be improved. It is concluded that the integration of formal and informal education is a strategic direction for the modernization of higher education, which will contribute to the training of a new generation of specialists – mobile, adaptive, creative, capable of continuous learning and effective professional activity in the conditions of dynamic development of society and the economy.
