dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито сутність та структуру професійної культури керівників структурних підрозділів підприємств поштового зв’язку як інтегративної властивості особистості, що визначає рівень професіоналізму та готовність до ефективного управління. Проаналізовано основні підходи до розуміння культури, окреслено логіко-семантичну основу поняття, запропоновано дефініцію професійної культури досліджуваної категорії фахівців. Здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування структурних компонентів професійної культури (мотиваційно-ціннісного, когнітивного, діяльнісного, особистісносуб’єктного). Практичне значення дослідження полягає в можливості розроблення діагностичних інструментів і методик цілеспрямованого розвитку професійної культури керівників. У подальших дослідженнях передбачається емпірична перевірка виокремлених компонентів.
dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the essence and structure of professional culture of department heads in postal enterprises as an integrative personality trait that determines the level of professionalism and readiness for effective management. The authors review theoretical and methodological foundations for defining “culture” and analyze dominant approaches to understanding this multifaceted phenomenon, particularly within the framework of personal and professional development. A logicalsemantic analysis of the concept is carried out, resulting in a proposed definition of “professional culture of a department head in postal enterprises” as a dynamic, valuebased, and competence-oriented system. The study substantiates four structural components of professional culture: motivational and value-based, cognitive, operational (activity-based), and personal-subjective. These components encompass managerial, economic, psychological, organizational, and digital competencies, as well as a value system oriented toward service quality, innovation, and client-centeredness. The theoretical contribution of the paper lies in the conceptual clarification of the category and the development of a structural model applicable to the management field. The practical significance is associated with the possibility of using the developed framework for diagnostic assessment and targeted formation of professional culture among managers in the postal service sector. The research lays a conceptual foundation for the development of instruments and programs aimed at enhancing managerial efficiency. Future research is planned to empirically verify the structure and interrelation of the proposed components within the framework of professional development systems.
