dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено проблематику впровадження агентних технологій штучного інтелекту (Agentic AI) у системі вищої освіти та наукових досліджень. Визначено основні виклики, серед яких – відсутність стандартизованих підходів до інтеграції, ризики порушення академічної доброчесності, етичні дилеми, захист персональних даних і забезпечення кібербезпеки. Проведено аналіз потенціалу Agentic AI для оптимізації дослідницької діяльності, підвищення ефективності навчального процесу та підтримки персоналізованих освітніх траєкторій. Окреслено напрями подальших досліджень, включаючи створення нормативно-правової бази, розроблення методологічних моделей впровадження та визначення стратегій адаптації викладачів і студентів до роботи з агентними системами. Підкреслено необхідність розробки етичних стандартів і впровадження ефективних механізмів моніторингу впливу Agentic AI, що сприятиме успішній цифровій трансформації академічних установ.
dc.description.abstractThis article examines the challenges, opportunities, and future prospects of implementing Agentic Artificial Intelligence (Agentic AI) technologies within higher education and scientific research ecosystems. The study identifies critical barriers hindering the effective and ethical adoption of such technologies, including the absence of unified standards, insufficient methodological guidance, low readiness of academic staff to utilize agent-based systems, potential violations of academic integrity due to uncontrolled use of generative models, and unresolved issues of data protection, ethics, transparency, and cybersecurity. It highlights the potential of Agentic AI to significantly enhance research productivity, automate knowledge management and administrative processes, and support personalized, adaptive learning pathways, particularly in STEM disciplines where intelligent tools can substantially improve the efficiency and quality of teaching and learning. The article emphasizes the urgent need to develop a comprehensive regulatory and methodological framework to ensure responsible, secure, and scalable integration of agent-based systems into academic institutions, accompanied by the creation of ethical standards, training programs for educators and researchers, and effective monitoring mechanisms to assess their real impact on educational outcomes, scientific productivity, and institutional governance. Furthermore, it outlines strategic directions for future research, including the design of hybrid digital ecosystems combining Agentic AI with cloud services, data analytics, and learning management platforms; the creation of transparent algorithms to mitigate bias and enhance accountability; and the formulation of adaptive strategies for aligning artificial intelligence deployment with principles of academic integrity, sustainable digital transformation, and long-term institutional development. By systematically addressing these challenges, Agentic AI can become a transformative driver of innovation in higher education and research, fostering more efficient, adaptive, ethical, and resilient academic ecosystems.
