Анотація
У статті встановлено, що сучасне цифрове середовище радикально змінює логіку управління в українських організаціях, вимагаючи переходу від традиційних бюрократичних моделей до гнучких, інтегрованих і технологічно орієнтованих систем. Виявлено характерні риси та недоліки сучасного стану управління в організаціях, що дозволило окреслити ключові завдання та обґрунтувати концепт моделі управління організацією у цифровому середовищі, який має стратегічне значення для українських організацій, буде слугувати каркасом для практичних рішень, підвищить резильєнтність, прозорість, швидкість, гнучкість й адап-тивність управління, сприятиме зростанню довіри й мотивації, інтеграції у глобальний цифровий простір, стійкому розвитку інноваційності та конкурентоспроможності у цифрову добу у посткризових умовах.
The article establishes that the modern digital environment radically changes the logic of management in Ukrainian organizations, requiring a transition from traditional bureaucratic models to flexible, integrated and technologically oriented systems. The characteristic features of the modern state of management in organizations are identified. It is noted that the effectiveness of management today is determined by the ability of organizations to integrate digital platforms, develop a culture of openness and trust, increase the digital literacy of personnel and form strategic approaches to making management decisions and measures. The identified shortcomings (fragmentation of digitalization, low competence of some employees, formality of communications and reactivity of management decisions) made it possible to outline key tasks and substantiate the concept of an organization management model in a digital environment, which will serve as a framework for practical decisions, help to harmonize the strategy, structure and culture of the organization, ensure its adaptability and stability in a changing environment and will become the basis for choosing between different management approaches. Its implementation opens up significant advantages for Ukrainian organizations, in particular, it will increase transparency, speed, flexibility and adaptability of management, contribute to the growth of trust and motivation, the development of innovation and competitiveness. At the same time, it is emphasized that special attention should be paid to possible threats and risks: (cyberattacks, resistance to change, uneven digital transformation), which require systemic management. Thus, research into the issues of increasing management efficiency in the digital environment is of strategic importance for Ukrainian organizations. It forms a scientific and practical basis for creating sustainable, innovative and competitive management models that ensure resilience, flexibility, adaptability, integration into the global digital space and sustainable development in post-crisis conditions
