Анотація
У зв’язку з тим, що мета освіти співвідноситься з формуванням компетентності особистості як результату освітньої діяльності, виникає потреба в дослідженні сутності компетентнісного підходу та його ролі в підвищенні ефективності навчально-виховного процесу. У статті проаналізовано основні підходи до визначення проблеми професійної компетентності сучасного педагога. Визначено ключові компетентності, які необхідні під час надання якісних освітніх послуг, пов’язані з модернізацією змісту, оптимізацією методів і технологій організації навчально-виховного процесу. У роботі схарактеризовано різні підходи науковців щодо визначення сутності поняття професійної компетентності педагога та його складових.
Due to the fact that the purpose of education is correlated with formation of the personal competence as a result of educational activities, there is a need to study the essence of the competence approach and its role in improving the efficiency of the educational process. The article analyzes the main approaches to determining the problem of professional competence of a modern teacher. The key competences that are necessary for the provision of quality educational services related to the modernization of content, optimization of methods and technologies of organization of the educational process are identified. The article describes different approaches of scientists to determine the essence of the concept of professional competence of a teacher and its components. Professional competence of a teacher is a complex concept, which is defined in the literature taking into account many aspects and involves the teacher’s ability to perform pedagogical activities based on the integration of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, experience, values and important personal qualities. Teachers of Lutsk Pedagogical College have identified the following basic competences that determine the professional skills of a teacher: health, communication, social and digital. The most important thing in professional development of teachers is health competence, as one that ensures the successful preservation and strengthening of physical, social, mental and spiritual health of students in a social educational environment. Communicative and digital competence took, respectively, the second and third place in the ranking of professional competences of the modern teacher, which allows for effective communication “teacher-student” both in classrooms and remotely. Also important in the professional development of a modern teacher is social competence, which reflects the level of formation of knowledge and skills to build relationships with others in interpersonal relationships and behavior.
