Анотація
У статті досліджено використання ERP-систем як інструменту автоматизації бізнес-процесів та інформаційного управління підприємством в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки. Розкрито сутність ERP-систем і їх роль в інтеграції фінансових, кадрових, логістичних, виробничих та управлінських процесів у межах єдиного інформаційного середовища. Проаналізовано основні функціональні модулі ERP-систем, трирівневу архітектуру їх побудови, а також сучасні ERP-рішення SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 та Odoo. Досліджено особливості моделей розгортання ERP-систем On-Premise та Cloud. На прикладі ІТ-компанії розглянуто автоматизацію обробки замовлень клієнтів. Визначено, що використання ERP-рішень сприяє підвищенню продуктивності підприємства, оптимізації бізнес-процесів та формуванню єдиного інформаційного простору.
The article examines the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as an effective tool for business process automation and enterprise information management in the context of digital transformation. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing need for enterprises to integrate business processes, optimize resource management, improve operational efficiency, and support managerial decision-making. The purpose of the research is to analyze the functional capabilities of modern ERP systems, determine their role in enterprise management, and identify the advantages of implementing ERP solutions for business process automation. The study is based on the analysis of scientific publications, digital technologies, and practical approaches to the implementation of enterprise information systems. The paper reveals the essence of ERP systems as integrated information platforms that combine financial, production, logistics, human resource, customer relationship, and management functions within a unified information environment. The main functional modules and the three-tier architecture of ERP systems are characterized. A comparative analysis of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Odoo is conducted according to their functionality, scalability, and suitability for enterprises of different sizes. The study also analyzes the features, advantages, and limitations of On-Premise and Cloud ERP deployment models. A practical example of business process automation in an IT company is presented, focusing on customer order processing, project management, financial control, document management, and customer interaction. The research demonstrates that ERP systems improve information processing speed, data accuracy, resource control, reporting, communication, and managerial decision-making. Particular attention is paid to the integration of ERP systems with external digital services and analytical platforms, which enhances process transparency and supports effective business analytics. The study concludes that the implementation of ERP solutions contributes to higher enterprise productivity, optimization of business processes, reduction of operational costs, improvement of internal coordination, and creation of a unified information environment. ERP systems are identified as an essential component of enterprise digital transformation and sustainable business development.
