Анотація
Стаття присвячена розкриттю суті поняття «економічна безпека підприємства». Визначено, що безпека є базовою цінністю існування будь-якої системи. Встановлено, що по відношенню до підприємства цей термін став застосовуватись у вітчизняній науці з початку становлення ринкових відносин та включає в себе насамперед такі ключові акценти: захищеність від зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз, забезпечення фінансової стійкості, ефективне використання ресурсів, здатність до відтворення та розвитку; пропозиція застосовувати правові, організаційні або управлінські заходи протидії є винятковою. Ідентифіковано ключові підходи до розуміння суті терміну «економічна безпека підприємства»: адаптативний, ресурсно-функціональний, комплексний або мультиаспектний, орієнтований на захист потенціалу підприємства, орієнтований на стабільність та стійкість. Запропоновано при формуванні сутності поняття «економічна безпека підприємства» у сучасних реаліях враховувати: високий рівень невизначеності ринкового середовища; превентивні заходи, спрямовані на забезпечення відновлення та подальшого розвитку підприємства після подолання кризових явищ; концепт безпеки є процесом; забезпечення безперервності бізнесу. Встановлено, що однією із ключових підсистем економічної безпеки підприємства є його інформаційна безпека.
The article is devoted to revealing the essence of the concept of «economic security of an enterprise». It is determined that security is a fundamental value for the existence of any system. It has been established that, in relation to enterprises, this term has been used in domestic science since the beginning of the formation of market relations and includes, first of all, the following key points: protection from external and internal threats, ensuring financial stability, effective use of resources, and the ability to reproduce and develop. The proposal to apply legal, organizational, or managerial countermeasures is exceptional. Key approaches to understanding the essence of the term «economic security of an enterprise» have been identified: adaptive, resource-functional, comprehensive or multi-faceted, focused on protecting the enterprise's potential, focused on stability and sustainability. It has been found that in the West, this term is integrated into the concepts of risk management, sustainability, and corporate security without distinguishing a separate term «economic security of an enterprise». When forming the essence of the concept of «economic security of an enterprise» in modern realities, it is proposed to take into account the following points: a market-oriented enterprise operates in conditions of high uncertainty; it is important not only to focus on stabilizing and minimizing costs, but also to develop preventive measures aimed at ensuring the recovery and further development of the enterprise after overcoming the crisis; security should be treated as a rapidly changing stochastic category, accordingly considering the concept of security not as a state, but as a process; in the system of economic security of an enterprise, it is important to ensure business continuity, i.e., the ability to respond to risks in a timely manner and resume operations without critical losses. It has been established that one of the key subsystems of economic security of an enterprise is its information security, given the growth of digitalization of the economy and global threats.
