Анотація
У статті досліджено сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку переробної промисловості АПК України в умовах динамічних змін економічного середовища. Проаналізовано ключові проблеми, що стримують розвиток галузі, включаючи недостатній рівень технологічної модернізації, обмежений доступ до фінансових ресурсів та залежність від сировинних ринків. Розглянуто позитивний вплив діяльності агрохолдингів та транснаціональних корпорацій на розвиток переробної промисловості, а також пов’язані з цим ризики. Визначено, що для забезпечення стабільного та дієвого розвитку переробної промисловості АПК потрібен багатогранний підхід, що охоплює залучення іноземних інвестицій, державну підтримку сіль- ського господарства, сприяння реалізації інвестиційних проєктів, інтеграцію в європейський економічний простір, розширення міжнародної співпраці та створення сприятливих умов для виходу вітчизняних підприємств на міжнародні ринки.
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the development of the agro-industrial complex's processing industry in Ukraine, with the aim of identifying the main problems and prospects for its further development. The purpose of the research is to determine ways to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the industry to ensure the country's food security and strengthen its position in the international arena. The paper examines the key factors influencing the development of the AIC's processing industry, including technological modernization, access to financial resources, the dynamics of raw material markets, and structural changes in the industry. The research methodology includes an analysis of data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, comparative analysis, generalization of scientific works by domestic scientists, and a systematic approach to assessing the problems and prospects of the industry's development. It is noted that in the context of dynamic changes in the global economy, the deepening of European integration processes, and increasing consumer demands for the quality and safety of food products, the issue of sustainable and efficient development of the agro-industrial complex's processing industry is becoming particularly relevant. The main results of the research consist of identifying the main obstacles to the development of the AIC's processing industry, such as imperfect legislation, tax pressure, problems with attracting investment, and the risks associated with the activities of transnational corporations. The article also substantiates priority directions for the industry's development, including the need to enhance innovation, implement resource- saving technologies, expand the production of high value-added products, and improve the efficiency of enterprise management. The conclusions of the article emphasize the importance of an integrated approach to the development of the AIC's processing industry, which involves combining the efforts of the state, business, and science to ensure its sustainable and competitive functioning.
