Анотація
У статті аналізуються організаційно-педагогічні напрями вдосконалення підготовки фахівців морської галузі в контексті сучасного історичного періоду. Визначено мотиви, задачі, принципи, тенденції, технологічні процедури модернізації сучасної морської освіти. Доведена детермінованість якості сучасної морської освіти єдністю високоефективних інженерно-технологічних, інформаційно- комунікаційних компетентностей морських кадрів та відповідністю міжнародним професійним стандартам, неперервним підвищенням кваліфікації, інтернаціональною міграцією фахівців, соціально-економічним партнерством.
The article analyzes organizational and pedagogical directions of improvement of training of specialists in the maritime industry in modern historical period. The motives, tasks, principles, tendencies, technological procedures of modernization of modern marine education have been determined. The determinism of the quality of modern marine education is proved by the unity of highly effective engineering-technological, information and communication competencies of naval personnel and compliance with international professional standards, continuous qualification development, international migration of specialists, and socio-economic partnership. The principles, directions and prospects of marine education system in the context of development of professionalism of marine specialists are revealed. Different forms of practical training of marine scientists are shown through interaction of subjects of the maritime industry. The expediency of combining practice-oriented preparation of the decentralized approach, the system of periodic re¬certification of personnel, continuous education, coordination of educational programs and advanced training is proved. The urgent need for mastering modern innovative technologies, methods of system analysis, methods of optimization of transport processes, methods of simulation modeling and experience in solving professional problems in virtual space is determined. The conditions of organizational and pedagogical mechanisms of modernization of practical training are presented: advisory and supervisory boards, technological agreements in accordance with profile orders, target graduates training according to certain convention requirements, social and psychological adaptive trainings, international projects and partnership, education diversification, dual programs. The peculiarities of innovative internationalization of maritime education in the areas of: internationalization of students, presence of higher education in international projects, internationalization of innovative pedagogical experience are revealed. The significance of the procedural approach in the formation of a person-orienting trajectory in the practical training of specialists in the maritime industry is emphasized.
