Анотація
У статті досліджено процес оптимізації моделі розвитку інтелектуального капіталу в підприємствах IT-сфери в умовах стрімких змін технологічного середовища. Обґрунтовано, що інтелектуальний капітал, на відміну від традиційних активів, має здатність до масштабування, відтворення та створення доданої вартості. Запропоновано системний підхід до управління трьома основними складовими ІК: людським, структурним та клієнтським капіталом. Розкрито інструменти й практики їх оптимізації, зокрема впровадження корпоративного навчання, HR-аналітики, інтегрованих систем управління знаннями, CRM-платформ та моделей співтворення цінності. Окреслено роль стратегічного управління нематеріальними активами через інтеграцію індикаторів ІК у стратегічне планування за допомогою таких моделей, як Balanced Scorecard, Skandia Navigator, Intellectual Capital Statement. Наголошено на важливості якісного й кількісного оцінювання ІК для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та інноваційного розвитку IT-підприємств.
The article investigates the process of optimizing the model of intellectual capital development in IT enterprises in the conditions of rapid changes in the technological environment. It is substantiated that intellectual capital, unlike traditional assets, has the ability to scale, reproduce and create added value. The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the rapid transformation of knowledge into the main asset in the information economy. In the IT sphere, this trend is especially pronounced: enterprises create added value mainly through intellectual products, software, consulting services, analytics, innovative solutions, cloud services, etc. The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate the directions of optimizing the model of intellectual capital development of IT enterprises, determine its structural components, analyze methods for their improvement and assessment, as well as identify strategic solutions that ensure sustainable growth of competitive potential in conditions of rapid digital transformation. The methodological basis of the study was the general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, scientific abstraction, as well as elements of a systems approach, which allowed us to consider intellectual capital as an integrated multi-faceted category that includes interrelated components: human, structural and client capital. The article emphasizes that intellectual capital is not a purely aggregate of knowledge, but also includes such important intangible assets as skills, experience, creativity, innovative ability of personnel, organizational culture, internal information infrastructure, technological base, relationships with clients and partners, institutional memory. Such multi-component nature requires a comprehensive and adaptive approach to managing this type of capital. As a result, the proposed model of IC optimization for IT enterprises is a tool not only for increasing current efficiency, but also for ensuring sustainable innovative development, resilience to external changes, and the rooting of a culture of learning and creativity. This allows such enterprises not only to adapt to market challenges, but also to stay ahead of them, setting their own dynamics of change.
