dc.description.abstractУ статті розкривається сутність фінансового інжинірингу та аналізується фінансовий інжиніринг з точки зору його місця та ролі в розвитку та оптимізації банківської системи, в аспекті управління активними операціями комерційного банку, для підвищення ефективності діяльності комерційного банку в мінливому економічному середовищі. Авторами статті дається визначення активних операцій комерційного банку, визначаються основні їх групи та надається детальний перелік активних операцій комерційного банку. Також у статті йдеться про необхідність використання інструментів фінансового інжинірингу в процесі управління активними операціями комерційного банку, оскільки їх використання дозволить створити та забезпечити умови для підвищення ліквідності, зниження ризиків діяльності та залучення нових клієнтів комерційного банку. Наприкінці статті авторами наводиться перелік фінансових інструментів фінансового інжинірингу, використання яких, в процесі управління активними операціями комерційного банку, буде сприяти покращенню фінансового стану банківської установи.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations regarding the use of effective financial engineering tools in the process of managing the active operations of a commercial bank in order to achieve more significant and high results of its activity by a commercial bank activities in a changing economic environment. After all, in the modern realities of doing business, there is a tendency to both the growth of bank assets and the need for even more effective management of them, which in turn conditions and requires the activation of asset management processes in the context of the introduction of new effective methods of managing active banking operations. Thus, the article reveals the essence of financial engineering and analyzes its place and role in the development and optimization of the banking system, in the aspect of managing the active operations of a commercial bank, increasing the efficiency of a commercial bank in a changing economic environment. The authors of the article define the active operations of a commercial bank, define their main groups and provide a detailed list of active operations of a commercial bank. The article also talks about the need to use financial engineering products in the process of managing active operations of a commercial bank, as their use will create and provide conditions for increasing liquidity, reducing activity risks and attracting new commercial bank clients. In the process of preparing the article, a complex of general scientific logical-heuristic methods was used – analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the principle of interdependence, as well as a comparative method that allows synthetically researching the economic concept of "financial engineering" and "active operations of a commercial bank". As a result of the study, it was established that the use of financial engineering tools in the process of managing bank assets is a necessary condition for solving the financial problems of commercial banks, forming their effective financial strategies and ensuring their competitiveness in the conditions of a dynamic and changing external environment.
