dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено особливості процесу цифровізації бізнес-середовища транскордонних регіонів України та Польщі в контексті євроінтеграції. Розглянуто ключові напрямки цифрової трансформації бізнес-середовища прикордонних регіонів. Проаналізовано вплив цифрових технологій на економічну співпрацю та конкурентоспроможність підприємств в контексті інтеграції України до європейського цифрового ринку. Визначено необхідність формування цифрової інфраструктури, що сприяє ефективному функціонуванню малого і середнього бізнесу, а також на адаптації цифрових інструментів до потреб локальних підприємств прикордонних регіонів. Розглянуто спільні проекти та ініціативи України та Польщі, спрямовані на гармонізацію цифрових стандартів і розширення доступу до інноваційних платформ. Доведено, що цифровізація бізнес-середовища є важливим чинником регіонального розвитку та інтеграції України до єдиного цифрового ринку ЄС. Визначено необхідність оптимізації використання цифрових технологій у транскордонних регіонах на основі стимулювання інвестицій у цифрову інфраструктуру.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the article is to study the impact of digital tools on the development of small and mediumsized businesses in the cross-border regions of Ukraine and Poland in order to determine the possibilities of adapting regional businesses to the requirements of the European digital market. The research methodology is based on the use of a systematic approach to the analysis of the processes of digitalization of the business environment of the cross-border regions of Ukraine and Poland. Quantitative and qualitative methods were applied, in particular, the analysis of statistical data from official sources, as well as a comparative analysis of the digital infrastructure of the regions. The logical generalization method was used to identify barriers and prospects for digitalization. The study includes an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of regional digital transformation, and a forecast of the effectiveness of the implementation of digital technologies. The results are summarized in order to develop practical recommendations for optimizing digital processes. The article examines the features of the process of digitalization of the business environment of the cross-border regions of Ukraine and Poland in the context of European integration. The key areas of digital transformation of the business environment of the border regions are considered. The impact of digital technologies on economic cooperation and competitiveness of enterprises and their impact on the integration of Ukraine into the European digital market are analyzed. The need to form a digital infrastructure that promotes the effective functioning of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to adapt digital tools to the needs of local enterprises in the border regions, is identified. Joint projects and initiatives of Ukraine and Poland aimed at harmonizing digital standards and expanding access to innovation platforms are considered. It is proven that the digitalization of the business environment is an important factor in regional development and integration of Ukraine into the single digital market of the EU. The need to optimize the use of digital technologies in cross-border regions based on stimulating investments in digital infrastructure is identified.
