dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано необхідність імплементації інноваційних технологій ресурсозбереження та енергозаощадження в управлінські та виробничі процеси підприємств агропродовольчої сфери. Актуалізовано модель системи менеджменту ресурсозбереження суб’єктів господарювання агропродовольчої сфери з позиції системного підходу через інноватизацію її основних елементів та впровадження інноваційних елементів. В межах моделі охарактеризовано суб’єкт, об’єкт, процес ресурсозбереження (через підсистему загальних функцій управління ресурсозбереженням, підсистему спеціальних функцій та підсистему функцій забезпечення управління ресурсозбереженням), механізм ресурсозбереження (шляхом визначення мети, завдань, методів, принципів ресурсозбереження), основні напрямки формування ресурсозбереження, забезпечувальні підсистеми та стратегічні й тактичні напрями. Для управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємств агропродовольчої запропоновано використовувати такі інноваційні напрями як ресурсо та енергоменеджмент, ресурсо та енергоаудит.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the necessity of implementing innovative technologies of resource and energy saving in the management and production processes of agro-food enterprises. Resource saving of agro-food enterprises was defined as a scientifically based on management direction of natural (land, energy, climate), technological, material, financial, labor and other production resources on the basis of introduction scientific and technological progress in the production of agricultural products, transfer of the agrarian sector to the agro-landscape agriculture system, imple-mentation of the industry technological modernization and achievement of dynamic development in the country’s agro-food sector. The model of the agro-food business entities’ resource saving man-agement system was updated from the standpoint of a systematic approach through the innovation of its main elements and the introduction of innovative elements. The model characterizes under the subject, object, process of resource saving (through general resource saving management func-tions subsystem, special functions subsystem and functions for ensuring resource saving manage-ment subsystem), the mechanism of resource saving (by defining the purpose, tasks, methods,principles), the main directions of resource saving formation, supporting subsystems, strategic and tactical directions. To manage the resource potential of agro-food enterprises, it was proposed to use such innovative areas as resource and energy management, which provide for a set of vol-untary, proactive and effective actions of agro-food business entities aimed at implementing their own programs, projects and goals with the highest possible efficiency in the use and conservation of resources and energy, their carriers in the production process. The introduction of resource and energy audit was possible as a tool for controlling the use of resource and, in particular, energy potential of the agro-food sector.uk_UA
