dc.description.abstractСтаття описує результати кількісного аналізу відкритих освітніх ресурсів у галузі інформаційних технологій. Дослідження ґрунтується на вивченні вмісту десяти платформ, що надають доступ до відкритих ОР. Проведено аналіз та узагальнення інтернет-джерел для визначення популярності освітніх платформ та ресурсів на них. Здійснено кількісний аналіз даних для визначення відносної частки курсів галузі ІТ за різними параметрами: відносна частка курсів галузі ІТ загалом і на кожній платформі зокрема, мова викладання, кількісний вміст за тематичними напрямами. Кількісний аналіз проведено для окремих платформ, де передбачено доступ до відкритих освітніх ресурсів: Coursera, Edx, Udemy, MIT OpenCourseWare, OpenLearn, Intuit, Prometheus, UoPeople, OpenLearningInitiative, Відкритий Університет Майдану (ВУМ). Коротко описані вказані платформи та загальна характеристика їх вмісту. За аналізом назв курсів та анотацій до них визначено 10 узагальнених тематичних напрямів, які пропонуються платформами для галузі ІТ: програмування та розробка програмного забезпечення; алгоритми та структури даних; комп’ютерна безпека та мережі; комп’ютерна графіка, дизайн та візуалізація даних; Веб-дизайн та інтернет-технології; СКБД та SQL; штучний інтелект та робототехніка; блокчейн і криптографія; операційні системи. Доведено популярність курсів з програмування та розробки програмного забезпечення та курсів з комп’ютерної графіки, дизайну й візуалізації даних. Надано загальну характеристику українським платформам Prometheus і ВУМ. Сформульовано висновок про перспективність їх розвитку. Серед відомих освітніх платформ найбільш заповненими різними курсами є закордонні Coursera, EdX, MIT OpenCourseWare, OpenLean та Intuit. Очевидними є лідерські позиції ресурсу Udemy щодо кількості курсів загалом – 82943 та кількості курсів з галузі ІТ – 35727. Надано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення професійної підготовки фахівців ІТ-галузі: організацію самостійної роботи, проходження відкритих ОР як курсів підвищення кваліфікації, поширення авторських методик при розробці власних курсів та просуванні їх на відкриті платформи.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article describes the results of quantitative analysis of open educational resources in the field of information technologies. The study is based on analyze of the content of ten platforms that provide access to open resources. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: theoretical (analysis and generalization of Internet sources to determine the popularity of educational platforms and resources on them); quantitative data analysis to determine the relative share of IT-courses on different parameters (the relative share of IT-courses in general and on each platform, in particular, the language of teaching, quantitative content in the thematic areas). Quantitative analysis includes the following platforms that provide access to open educational resources: Coursera, Edx, Udemy, MIT OpenCourse Ware, OpenLearn, Intuit, Prometheus, UoPeople, Open Learning Initiative, Open University of Maidan (OUM). The platforms and their content are briefly described in article. We identified ten generalized thematic areas by analyzing the titles of courses and of its annotations that presented on the platforms for the IT-sector: programming and software development; algorithms and data structures; computer security and networks; computer graphics, design and visualization of data; Web design and Internet technologies; DBMS and SQL; artificial intelligence and robotics; blockade and cryptography; Operating Systems. The popularity of courses on programming and software development and courses on computer graphics, design and data visualization. We briefly described Ukrainian platforms Prometheus and OUM and made the conclusion about the prospects of their development. Platforms Coursera, EdX, MIT OpenCourse Ware, OpenLean and Intuit are the most complete at the well-known educational platforms. Leader is platform Udemy: the total number of courses 82 943 and the number of IT-courses – 35 727. We provide suggestions for improving the professional training of IT professionals: organization of independent work, passing of EOR as courses of advanced training, distribution of author's techniques in developing their own courses and promoting them on open platforms.uk_UA
