dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження проблематики зелених фінансів у контексті їх ролі у економічному відновленні України у повоєнний період. Зазначено, що необхідність переходу вітчизняної економіки на розвиток екологічних інвестицій, зеленої енер- гетики тощо обумовлений в тому числі й вимогою імплементації міжнародних екологічних ініціатив після набуття нашою країною статусу кандидата в члени Європейського Союзу. Автором досліджено наукові підходи до трактування сутності зелених фінансів та запропоновано авторський підхід до їх трактування. У статті окреслено основні принципи їх функціонування. Систематизовано та охарактеризовано основні фінансові інструменти зеленого інвестування: зелені кредити, зелені облігації, зелені інвестиційні фонди, зелені податкові стимули. Доведено, що зелені фінанси сприяють створенню фінансово стабільної та екологічно відповідальної економіки майбутнього.
dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the relevance of studying the issues of green finance in the context of their role in the economic recovery of Ukraine in the post-war period. The relevance of this study is confirmed by the fact that the concept of sustainable development, which is ensured, among other things, by green finance, provides for an effective combination of economic growth and environmental protection. The authors note that the need for the national economy to transition to the development of environmental investments, green energy, etc. is due, among other things, to the requirement to implement international environmental initiatives after our country becomes a candidate for membership in the European Union. The authors have studied the scientific approaches to the interpretation of the essence of green finance and conducted a critical assessment of them. This allowed the authors to propose their own approach to the interpretation of green finance and to identify its typological characteristics. The article outlines the basic principles of their functioning, in particular, the following: environmental orientation, long-term efficiency, innovative nature, systemic approach, cooperation of the State, business and banks, and international support. It is substantiated that financial resources should be directed not only to generate profit, but also to create long-term environmental and social value. The main financial instruments of green investment are systematized and characterized. It is noted that, in addition to the funds of the State and local budgets allocated to finance environmental initiatives, it is advisable to use the latest financial investment instruments. The authors note that such financial instruments may include green loans, green bonds, green investment funds, and green tax incentives. The development of green investment financial instruments is a continuous process, especially in the period of digitalization of all financial processes. In the future, this will lead to the emergence of newer and more innovative forms of financing environmental projects. It has been proven that green finance contributes to the creation of a financially stable and environmentally responsible economy of the future.
