dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто зміст освітніх програм професійної підготовки бакалаврів міжнародних відносин в університетах Великої Британії. Висвітлено основні аспекти функціонування бакалаврських програм із міжнародних відносин у британських університетах, особливості змісту професійної підготовки бакалаврів-міжнародників, модульного й інтегрованого навчання, кредитні вимоги для кваліфікаційного рівня «бакалавр». Проаналізовано стандарти професійної підготовки бакалаврів міжнародних відносин. З’ясовано ключові компетентності майбутніх фахівців у галузі міжнародних відносин у Великій Британії. Наголошено на знаннях, уміннях і навичках, якими повинні володіти міжнародники. Визначено дисципліни, які формують відповідні професійні компетентності майбутніх міжнародників. Важливе значення має практична підготовка, стажування, річні програми навчання за кордоном. Особливу увагу приділено міждисциплінарним програмам та інтегрованим курсам, які забезпечують необхідну багатопрофільність професійної підготовки бакалаврів-міжнародників.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article considers the content of educational programs for bachelors of international relations in the universities in the United Kingdom. The main aspects of the functioning of bachelor’s programs in international relations in British universities, features of the content of professional training of international bachelors, modular and integrated training, credit requirements for the qualification of the “bachelor” level are covered. The standards of professional training of bachelors of international relations are analyzed. The key competences of future specialists in the field of international relations in the United Kingdom have been clarified. Marked on the knowledge, skills and abilities that internationals should possess. Disciplines that form the relevant professional competences in international relations have been identified. Practical training, internships, summer training programs abroad are important. Particular attention is paid to interdisciplinary programs and integrated courses that provide the necessary multidisciplinary training of bachelors. Interdisciplinary programs and integrated courses have become increasingly common in the preparation of international bachelors. The rapid development of science and technology makes narrow specialization in some cases unacceptable. Therefore, the training of highly qualified specialists often requires the introduction of special programs based on the interdisciplinary principle. The interdisciplinary approach is aimed at developing in bachelors in international relations of breadth of views, nonstandard thinking, the ability to solve common problems that arise at the intersection of different areas, to see the relationship of basic research, the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of innovation. This approach involves not only the ability to solve, but also to formulate problems, to see a difficult situation from different points of view, to anticipate social and economic consequences. Interdisciplinary programs provide the necessary multidisciplinary training of international bachelors. Modern requirements for professional training include increasing the preparation of bachelors for future practical activities by diversity not only of content but also forms and methods of teaching. The generalization of scientific research results allows to identify positive ideas of experience in training bachelors of international relations in British universities, to substantiate recommendations for their creative use in modernizing the Ukrainian higher education system.uk_UA
