Анотація
У статті подано результати історико-педагогічного дослідження проблеми організації психолого-педагогічних умов управління виховною роботою у вищих педагогічних навчальних закладах України (друга половина ХХ – початок ХХІ століття) відповідно до встановлених етапів: І етап (1958-1990 рр.) – етап становлення процесу управління виховною роботою у вищій школі України; ІІ етап (1991-2013 рр.) – етап реформування процесу управління вихованням майбутніх учителів у вищих навчальних закладах України; ІІІ етап (з 2014 р. по сьогодення) – етап стабілізації процесу управління виховною роботою у вищих педагогічних навчальних закладах України. Визначено пріоритетні напрями забезпечення психолого-педагогічних умов управління виховною роботою в сучасних закладах вищої педагогічної освіти України.
The article presents the results of historical and pedagogical research of the problem of organization of psychological and pedagogical conditions of the management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical education institutions of Ukraine (second half of the XX – beginning of the XXI century). The purpose of the article is to investigate the genesis of the organization of psychological and pedagogical conditions of the management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical education institutions of Ukraine (second half of the XX – beginning of the XXI century) according to the established stages: I stage (1958-1990) – the stage of formation of the management of upbringing work in high school in Ukraine; II stage (1991-2013) – the stage of reforming of the management of future teacher’s upbringing in higher education institutions of Ukraine; III stage (from 2014 to present) – the stage of stabilization of the management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical education institutions of Ukraine. In the course of the research the priority directions of providing psychological and pedagogical conditions of the management of upbringing work in modern higher pedagogical education institutions of Ukraine were identified: creation of a system of monitoring research of social and psychological condition of subjects of management; improving the system of psychological services in higher school in order to provide quality individual support to all subjects of management of upbringing work; psychological diagnosis of difficulties during the introduction of innovations in the process of future teacher’s upbringing; creating an acmeological environment in higher pedagogical education institution to increase the level of cohesion of subjects of management of upbringing work and create an atmosphere of respect, trust and success; development of intra-university ideology in order to optimize the management process of future teacher’s upbringing; introduction of a system of measures to overcome psychological discomfort and formation of a favorable psychological microclimate; creation of a system of moral and material encouragement of subjects of management to upbringing activity; creation of a rating system for evaluating the activities of subjects of management of future teacher’s upbringing. The analysis of genesis of the organization of student self-government in higher school in Ukraine (second half of the XX – beginning of the XXI century) is considered to be a perspective for further research.
