dc.description.abstractУ статті зроблено акцент на тому, що війна росії проти України спричинила масштабні руйнування й людські втрати, відтак відновлення економіки та соціальної сфери України виступає пріоритетним завданням. Наголошено, що ЄС, як один з ключових партнерів України, відіграє важливу роль у стимулюванні соціально-економічного відновлення України. Розглянуто важливий аспект партнерства між Україною та ЄС в контексті повоєнного відновлення української економіки. Досліджено роль ЄС у наданні фінансової і технічної допомоги, а також у сприянні реформам та створенні сприятливого середовища для соціального і економічного розвитку в Україні. Крім вказаного, висвітлено перспективи співпраці між Україною та ЄС у майбутньому та його роль у підтримці України на шляху до членства в ЄС. Висновки статті розкривають важливість партнерства з ЄС для соціально-економічного відновлення та стабілізації України після кризових подій, а також потребу в подальшій підтримці та взаємовигідній співпраці між обома сторонами.
dc.description.abstractThe article focuses on the fact that Russia’s war against Ukraine has caused large-scale destruction and human losses, and therefore the restoration of Ukraine’s economy and social sphere is a priority. It is emphasised that the EU, as one of Ukraine’s key partners, plays an important role in stimulating Ukraine’s socio-economic recovery. An important aspect of the partnership between Ukraine and the EU in the context of the post-war recovery of the Ukrainian economy is considered. Recent events related to the war and Russian aggression have left Ukraine with significant losses and challenges in the economic and social spheres. The role of the EU in providing financial and technical assistance, as well as in promoting reforms and creating a favourable environment for social and economic development in Ukraine is explored. The programmes, initiatives and resources provided by the EU to our country, such as financial support, technical assistance and other forms of cooperation, are presented. In particular, the article analyses the priority areas of cooperation, such as energy efficiency, infrastructure development, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthening the legal system and the fight against corruption. In addition, the article highlights the prospects for future cooperation between Ukraine and the EU and its role in supporting Ukraine on its path to EU membership. It was noted that the EU provides Ukraine with significant financial assistance, as well as political and expert support. EU’s assistance is aimed at: maintaining macroeconomic stability by providing loans, grants, and technical assistance; restoring infrastructure through the repair of roads, bridges, schools, and hospitals; supporting businesses with lending instruments, investment guarantees, and export promotion; supporting humanitarian issues through assistance to war victims and displaced persons; and strengthening reforms to combat corruption, deregulate the economy, and strengthen democracy. EU’s assistance has a significant impact on Ukraine’s economy and contributes to improving people’s lives. The conclusions of the article reveal the importance of partnership with the EU for the socio-economic recovery and stabilisation of Ukraine after the crisis, as well as the need for further support and mutually beneficial cooperation between both sides.
