dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто актуальне питання забезпечення економічної стійкості підприємств в умовах війни та євроінтеграційних змін. Визначено основні загрози для стабільного функціонування бізнесу, серед яких – фізичні руйнування, порушення логістики, інфляційні коливання та регуляторні зміни. Надано характеристику ключових механізмів підвищення економічної стійкості: релокації, цифровізації, ефективного управління фінансами, інноваційного розвитку та збереження трудового потенціалу. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтеграції Цілей сталого розвитку ООН у стратегічне планування підприємств, як інструменту посилення адап- тивності, відповідальності та конкурентоспроможності. Зазначено, що орієнтація на Цілі сталого розвитку номер 8, 9 і 12 сприяє гармонізації економічних та соціальних інтересів, відкриває нові ринки, зменшує ризики та формує позитивний імідж країни на міжнародному рівні.
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the issue of managing the economic sustainability of agricultural enterprises in conditions of instability of the external environment. The need to ensure sustainability as a key factor in supporting the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises is substantiated. The article identifies key internal and external factors that affect the level of economic sustainability, and analyzes their impact on the performance of agricultural producers. The article presents mechanisms that allow enterprises to adapt to military and economic risks, restructure logistics, ensure financial liquidity and maintain labor productivity in times of crisis. Special attention is paid to innovations, digital transformation and displacement strategies in conditions of armed conflict. The role of social responsibility and employee motivation is also emphasized, especially in the context of rural areas. The article argues for the need to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into business strategy as a modern and effective approach to strengthening economic sustainability. SDGs such as Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) are seen as tools to reduce environmental and social risks and increase investment attractiveness. The study highlights the importance of strategic flexibility, rapid response systems and proactive crisis management. In addition, the article focuses on how alignment with European standards contributes to long-term sustainability and opens up new opportunities for Ukrainian businesses. The proposed mechanisms and conclusions are relevant for enterprises in all sectors, offering practical tools to increase adaptability in unforeseen circumstances. The integration of the Sustainable Development Goals also promotes international cooperation and facilitates access to global markets. By considering both survival strategies and long-term development, the study bridges the gap between operational management and sustainable policy planning.
