Анотація
У методичних рекомендаціях подано матеріали, що містять систематичний методичний і практичний матеріал, який дозволяє здобувачам другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти сформувати цілісну й логічно-послідовну систему знань з теоретичних і прикладних аспектів менеджменту та моніторингу якості дошкільної освіти. Розкрито категоріальні, змістові та організаційні характеристики управлінських процесів у закладах дошкільної освіти, методи та інструменти оцінювання якості освітніх послуг, особливості планування, контролю й удосконалення освітнього середовища. Передбачено розвиток умінь аналізувати, адаптувати та впроваджувати ефективні управлінські рішення, здійснювати моніторинг освітнього процесу, використовувати результати оцінювання для підвищення якості дошкільної освіти та власної професійної компетентності.
The methodological recommendations provide materials containing systematic methodological and practical material that allows applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education to form a holistic and logically consistent system of knowledge on the theoretical and applied aspects of management and monitoring the quality of preschool education. The categorical, content and organizational characteristics of management processes in preschool educational institutions, methods and tools for assessing the quality of educational services, and features of planning, control and improvement of the educational environment are disclosed. The development of skills is envisaged to analyze, adapt and implement effective management decisions, monitor the educational process, and use evaluation results to improve the quality of preschool education and one's own professional competence.
