dc.description.abstractУ статті представлено історико‐педагогічний аспект та розкрито сучасний стан розвитку вищої приватної освіти в Китаї. На підставі використання сучасних наукових методів, що застосовуються в історико‐педагогічних дослідженнях, висвітлено актуальність та витоки досліджуваного феномену; з’ясовано ступінь розробленості в сучасній науковій літературі; схарактеризовано особливості становлення та розвитку приватної вищої освіти в Китаї в різні історичні періоди. На основі екстраполяції позитивного китайського досвіду розроблено рекомендації,спрямовані на оптимізацію діяльності приватних вищих освітніх закладів вумовах реформування системи вищої освіти в Україні (на державному, місцевому та інституційному рівнях).
dc.description.abstractThe article presents the historical and pedagogical aspect and reveals the current state of development of higher private education in China. Based on the use of modern scientific methods used in historical-pedagogical research, the relevance and origins of the studied phenomenon are highlighted; the degree of development in modern scientific literature is clarified; the peculiarities of the formation and development of private higher education in China in different historical periods are characterized. Based on the extrapolation of the positive Chinese experience, recommendations aimed at optimizing the activities of private higher educational institutions in the conditions of reforming the system of higher education in Ukraine (at the state, local and institutional levels) have been developed. As a result of the conducted research, the presence of a deep tradition of private higher education in China was confirmed, which is connected with the activities of shuuans (academies) founded by well‐known scientists. Compared to state, modern private institutions of higher education of the PRC have the following main advantages: diversified sources of funding, flexible mechanisms of management and self‐regulation of functioning, educational and professional programs more adapted to changes in the labor market, implementation of a student‐centered approach in the organization of the educational process, etc. Among the most important shortcomings in the development of higher private education in China are the regional disproportion of the network of such institutions, high tuition fees and, accordingly, availability only to the upper strata of society, fierce competition for students, corruption and abuse of power by representatives of the administration, insignificant financial assistance from the state, and underdeveloped culture charity in the country. Prospects for the further development of the chosen problem consist in studying the possibilities of using the positive experience of teaching staff training in private higher education institutions in China.
