Анотація
У дослідженні,присвяченому з᾿ясуванню актуальних аспектів співробітництва у сфері професійної освіти та навчання (ПОН) в Європейському Союзі, здійснено термінологічний аналіз ключових понять теми;схарактеризовано чинники, що зумовлюють актуальність співробітництва країн ЄС у сфері ПО та політичні регулятиви розвитку європейської системи ПОН, які слугують інструментами м’якої політики ЄС; окреслено організаційні засади співробітництва в ЄС у сфері ПОН, побудованого на основі рівноправної участі всіх зацікавлених сторін. Виявлено актуальні тенденції (змістові, організаційні,управлінські аспекти) та перспективи подальшого розвитку європейської інтеграції у досліджуваній сфері на наступне десятиліття (до 2030 року).
The study clarified the current aspects of cooperation in the field of vocational education and training (VET) in the European Union. A terminological analysis of the key concepts of the topic was carried out. The factors (socio‐economic, political, demographic) that determine the relevance of EU countries' cooperation in the field of VET and political regulations for the development of the European VET system, which serve as instruments of the EU soft policy built on the principle of subsidiarity, are characterized. The organizational foundations of cooperation in the EU in the field of VET, based on the principle of equal participation of all interested parties, are outlined. Current trends and prospects for the further development of European integration in the studied area for the next decade (until 2030) have been identified. It has been established that VET is developing as an integral component of a single and integral European education area, cooperation in which is progressing more and more intensively in recent years, which is due to the importance of the VET for the socio‐economic, technological, and ecological development of the region. This conclusion is confirmed by a wide range of political documents analyzed in the research, which define current trends and further prospects for the development of the VET until 2030. The following are the most relevant trends in the further development of cooperation in the field of VET: promotion of rapid adaptation of VET to changes in the labor market; developing the flexibility of educational programs and providing graduates with the opportunity to progress in the profession; transforming VET into a driving force of innovation and economic growth, preparing for the digital and green transition in professions that are in high demand; making lifelong learning and mobility a reality for all; developing VET quality assurance culture at the European, national and institutional levels.
