dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано особливості оцінювання ефективності реалізації інвестиційних стратегій в умовах неомодернізаційних змін, вплив повномасштабного вторгнення на інвестиційну привабливість України та обґрунтовано необхідність адаптації інвестиційних стратегій підприємств до змін у внутрішньому та зовнішньому середовищі з урахуванням вимог неомодернізаційних процесів. Проаналізовано ключові цілі та завдання, які виконує інвестиційна стратегія. Визначено основні підходи та проаналізовано критерії оцінювання ефективності інвестиційної діяльності. Обґрунтовано, що оцінювання ефективності інвестиційних стратегій в умовах неомодернізаційних змін повинно передбачати постійний моніторинг і коригування стратегічних напрямків, що гнучкість, конкурентоспроможність та сталість в діяльності підприємств, допомагаючи їм виробляти збалансовані стратегії, орієнтовані на динамічність змін економічного ландшафту.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractAssessment of the effectiveness of investment activities is an integral part of the strategic management of enterprises. The article analyses peculiarities of evaluation of efficiency of implementation of investment strategies in conditions of neo-modernisation changes. The impact of a full-scale invasion and the investment attractiveness of Ukraine are analyzed and the need to adapt investment strategies of enterprises to changes in the internal and external environment, taking into account the requirements of neo-modernization processes, to achieve greater efficiency of implementation of investment projects, is substantiated. The key goals of formation of the investment strategy of the enterprise are defined. The target orientation of the investment strategy is to achieve an optimal balance between risk and profitability, to create conditions for sustainable growth of the enterprise and to maintain its competitiveness in a dynamic economic environment. The key tasks performed by the investment strategy are analyzed. The main approaches to the assessment of the effectiveness of investment activity are determined. The criteria used to assess the developed investment strategy have been analyzed, in particular: compliance with the general strategy of enterprise development by goals, stages and deadlines; internal consistency between goals, directions and sequence of implementation of investment policy; compliance with the external environment (investment climate, country development); the possibility of implementation taking into account available resources (personnel, financial, technological and raw materials); acceptability of the level of investment risks; as well as production, financial and social performance. It has been substantiated that the assessment of the effectiveness of investment strategies in the context of neo-modernisation changes should involve constant monitoring and adjustment of strategic directions. This approach ensures flexibility, competitiveness and sustainability in the activities of enterprises, helping them to develop balanced strategies that take into account the dynamism of changes in the economic landscape.uk_UA
