dc.description.abstractУ даній статті автором розглянуто сутність організації профорієнтаційної роботи в шкільному просторі з дітьми з особливими освітніми потребами. Закцектовано на вагомості методичного інструментарію для визначення типологічних особливостей особистості, що вибирає професію, який повинен бути адаптованим до можливостей дітей із особливими освітніми потребами. У межах вирішення завдання адаптації осіб із особливими освітніми потребами в суспільстві є підготовка даної категорії дітей і підлітків до свідомого вибору професії. Комплексність і системність є стрижневими принципами організації профорієнтації дітей та молоді. Форми професійної орієнтації учнів із особливими освітніми потребами в інклюзивній школі нічим не відрізняються від форм роботи з іншими дітьми та підлітками. Доведено, що під час планування профорієнтаційної роботи педагогам необхідно враховувати фізіолого-психічні особливості учнів, дозуючи час і навантаження.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn this article, the author examines the essence of the organization of career guidance work in the school space with children with special educational needs. The role of methodological tools for determining the characteristics of a person who chooses a profession, which must be adapted to the capabilities of children with special educational needs, is emphasized. Within the framework of solving the problem of adaptation of persons with special educational needs in society, it is necessary to prepare this category of children and adolescents for a conscious choice of a profession. Complexity and consistency are the core principles of organizing vocational guidance for children and youth. The forms of vocational guidance for students with special educational needs in an inclusive classroom are no different from the forms of work with other children and adolescents. It is proved that when planning the teachers’ career guidance work, it is necessary to take into account the physiological and mental characteristics of students, dosing time and loads. Professional orientation of students with special educational needs should be carried out in a comprehensive manner, involving various specialists and parents in this process, using the resources of society. Methodological tools for determining the typological characteristics of a person choosing a profession should be adapted to the capabilities of children with special educational needs. It is necessary to adjust the professional plans of students with special educational needs in accordance with their capabilities at all stages of career guidance activities. In the process of adjusting professional plans, it is advisable to conduct psychological and pedagogical work with students to foster the qualities necessary for mastering a particular profession and further self-realization in work. The system of career guidance at the present stage of its development is designed to ensure coordination of actions of state bodies, schools, families, bodies of vocational, secondary special, higher education and other social institutions involved in its implementation; continuous and up-to-date solution of scientific and organizational issues related to career guidance; comprehensive design of career guidance impacts on the student’s personality, taking into account the socio-economic forecast. An effective direction in the system of career guidance is creation of student portfolios. We offer to create a collective portfolio of professions for primary school students, a portfolio of personal growth for middle school students, and a portfolio of competence for high school students. This activity forms the ability of senior and middle-level students to set goals, plan and organize their activities, expands self-learning opportunities, develops reflexive skills and, ultimately, contributes to a conscious choice of profession.uk_UA
