dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано діяльність будівельних підприємств як ключового елементу відновленняекономіки та фізичної відбудови промисловості. Результати показують, що в сучасних умовах питання збереження життєздатності вітчизняної будівельної галузі маєвирішальне значення для країни. Враховуючи велику кількість та складні взаємозв'язкиучасників будівництва, всі його етапи потребують чіткої організації та координації. Управління реалізацією інвестиційних проєктів вимагає ефективного документообігу протягом усього робочого процесу. Ця документація відповідає не тільки за точність графіку зведення об'єкта, а й за облік обсягів робіт, використаних технологій, контр-оль якості, дотримання стандартів і норм, а також забезпечення безпеки об'єкта післявведення в експлуатацію. Цього можна досягти шляхом впровадження програмних продуктів, призначених для планування та аналізу діяльності компанії, автоматизації та оптимізації виробничих процесів. Доведено, що впровадження ERP системи допомагаєпокращити роботу та стабілізувати діяльність підприємств.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe activity of construction enterprises is analyzed as an important component of economic recovery and physical reconstruction of industry. It was revealed that in the conditions created, the task of survival of the domestic construction industry becomes critically important for the country. Due to the large number of organizations and complex relationships involved in the construc-tion process, all participants in the construction process need clear organization and coordina-tion. Management of the implementation of investment projects requires efficient document flow throughout the entire work process. This documentation is responsible not only for the accuracy of the construction of the object, but also for the accounting of the scope of work, the technologies used, quality control, compliance with standards and norms, as well as ensuring the safety of the object after commissioning. It was determined that improvements in this area have an impact on saving time and reducing construction costs. This can be achieved by implementing a software product designed for planning and analysis of enterprise activities, automation and optimization of production processes. ERP software in the construction industry must be specialized with the unique needs of construction companies in mind. Such systems should include the management of general contractors, subcontractors, financial management, the level of supply of materials,calculation of wages, costs, construction of an optimal schedule for the execution of construc-tion works, monitoring of project stages and service operations in a single central database. By combining real-time data and up-to-date information collected from multiple sources and depart-ments, companies can improve control over construction operations, improve the quality of the finished construction product, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. A single information system for construction companies combines the functions of construction management, finance,accounting and administration. It is proven that it increases the flexibility of the team and unites all business processes and routine work. ERP implementation helps improve business processes and increase overall efficiency.uk_UA
