dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються питання оновлення методів військової освіти шляхом впровадження сучасних освітніх технологій. Це пов’язане з важливими подіями в житті українців (з пандемією COVID‐19 і військової агресії Росії проти України), потрбували перегляду педагогічних підходів до освітнього процесу. Однри з підходів полягав у впровадження дистанційного навчання. Показано, що процес переходу від очного, змішаного до дистанційного навчання вимагав суттєвих змін у проведенні навчального процесу. Цей перехід дозволив виявити недоліки, які існували за традиційної фррми навчання. Визначено, що нині все більша кількість закладів вищої освіти впроваджують особистіно орієнтовані технології, дозволяє перейти на дистанційну форму навчання. За цією формою навчання студент опрацьовує матеріал самостійно і може отримати індивідуальну консультацію викладача саме в той момент, коли це йому потрібно, а враховуючи, що вони індивідуально, це підвищує їх значення. Було визначено найбільш вживані технологіх, які можна використати при дистанційному навчанні.До таких технологій ми віднесли: «Idea Mixer», GROW, блокчейн, лонгрід, геокешинг, освітній WEB‐квест, семпл‐технології. Було визначено, які з цих технологій найбільш доцільно застосувати у підготовці майбутніх офіцерів. Серед перелічених технологій найкращі результати при підготовці майбутніх офіцерів одержали при впроваджені Idea Mixer і семпл‐технології. Технологія Idea Mixer. В її основу покладено створення проектів,в основу яких курсанти поставили умови підготовки майбутніх офіцерів на сучасних тренажерах, що відповідає підготовці на території України, дозволять бути готовими до використання зброї НАТО. Для дистанційного навчання можна використати семпл‐технологію. Технологія поєднує традиційні і сучасні технології. Дослідження показали, що саме таке поєднанняє найбільш доцільним на сучасному етапі розвитку освіти. Семпл‐технологія передбачає поєднання професійно‐освітніх програм і професійної технології (спрацьовує принцип звязку теорії з практикою).
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the issue of updating the methods of military education through the introduction of modern educational technologies. This is related to important events in the lives of Ukrainians (the COVID‐19 pandemic and Russia's military aggression against Ukraine), which necessitated a revision of pedagogical approaches to the educational process. One of the approaches was the introduction of distance learning. It is shown that the process of transition from face‐to‐face, mixed to distance learning required significant changes in the educational process. This transition made it possible to identify the shortcomings that existed under the traditional education system. It has been determined that nowadays an increasing number of higher education institutions are implementing personally oriented technologies, allowing to switch to a distance form of education. According to this of study, the student studies the material independently and can receive individual consultation from the teacher exactly at the moment when he needs it, and given that they are individual, this increases their value. The most used technologies that can be used in distance learning were determined. We included the following technologies: "Idea Mixer", GROW, blockchain, long distance, geocaching, educational WEB‐quest, sample technologies. It was determined which of these technologies are the most expedient to apply in the training of future officers. Among the listed technologies, the best results in the training of future officers were obtained when the Idea Mixer and sample technologies were implemented. Idea Mixer technology. It is based on the creation of projects based on which the cadets set the conditions for the training of future officers on modern simulators, which corresponds to the training on the territory of Ukraine. This allows them to be ready to use NATO weapons. Sample technology can be used for distance learning. The technology combines traditional and modern approaches. Studies have shown that this combination is the most appropriate at the current stage of education development. Sample technology involves a combination of professional educational programs and professional technology (the principle of connecting theory with practice works).
