Анотація
У статті здійснено аналіз наукових здобутків щодо впровадження інноваційних технологій навчання під час підготовки молодших бакалаврів спеціальності «Інженерія програмного забезпечення». Установлено, що підготовка фахівців цієї спеціальності має відбуватися з дотриманням певного алгоритму в освітньому процесі закладу: упровадження сучасної теоретичної підготовки; організація якісної практичної підготовки; формування переліку компетентностей за вимогами провідних компаній у галузі інженерії програмного забезпечення; організація підготовки за фахом з першого курсу; введення глибокого вивчення англійської мови; збільшення обсягу практичних занять; якісна організація стажування, практики та працевлаштування; раціональний розподіл часу на загальні дисципліни та дисципліни професійного спрямування за фахом.
Показано приклади застосування сучасного інструментарію з підготовки молодших бакалаврів спеціальності «Інженерія програмного забезпечення» та обґрунтовано, що однім із ефективних інноваційних методів навчання молодших бакалаврів є метод проєктів.
The article analyzes the scientific achievements in the implementation of innovative learning technologies in the preparation of junior bachelors in the "Software Engineering" specialty. It is established that the training of the "Software Engineering" specialists should take place in accordance with a certain algorithm in the educational process of the institution, which includes eight main steps: the introduction of modern theoretical training; organization of quality practical training; formation of the list of competencies according to the requirements of leading companies in the field of software engineering; organization of training in the specialty from the first year; introduction of deep study of English; increasing the volume of practical classes; quality organization of training, internships and employment; rational division of time into general disciplines and disciplines of professional orientation in the specialty. It is specified that the integral competence of future software engineers should be the ability to solve typical specialized problems in the field of information technology or in the learning process, which requires the application of regulations and methods of relevant sciences and may be characterized by uncertainty; be responsible for the results of their activities; to exercise control over other persons in certain situations. It is found that in accordance with the legal documents that provide training for specialists in the field of information technology, training of junior bachelors in "Software Engineering" should take place at the theoretical and practical levels. Examples of application of modern tools for training junior bachelors in "Software Engineering" are shown and it is substantiated that one of the effective innovative methods of teaching junior bachelors is the project method, which is provided in practice by implementing special software tools.
