Анотація
Стаття розкриває проблему підготовки майбутніх пілотів до міжкультурної взаємодії. У результаті дослідження теоретично обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх пілотів до міжкультурної взаємодії, а саме: формування ціннісних орієнтацій через створення позитивного психологічного клімату; організація командної роботи в процесі вивчення професійно орієнтованих дисциплін; інтеграція культурологічного аспекту в професійно орієнтовані дисципліни; стимулювання рефлексивного ставлення до процесу формування якостей міжкультурної взаємодії. Виокремлені умови акцентують на важливих складових процесу формування міжкультурної взаємодії, а саме: ціннісні орієнтації, організація командної роботи, значення культурологічного аспекту в навчанні, важливі якості для роботи в мультикультурному середовищі.
One of the leading areas of professional activity of future pilots is intercultural interaction. In view of this, special attention needs to be paid to ensuring the quality of professional training of future specialists for intercultural activities, which provides thorough theoretical and practical training of aviation specialists, introduction of innovative approaches and methods to the organization of the educational process in higher school. The preparation for intercultural interaction is a complex multicomponent process that requires constant improvement of one’s knowledge, skills and abilities in order to participate more productively in multicultural environment. It is based on deep understanding of the language and behavior of the communication partner in the process of joint activities. The article reveals the problem of preparing future pilots for intercultural interaction. As a result of the research the pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future pilots for intercultural interaction are theoretically substantiated, namely: formation of value orientations through creation of a positive psychological climate; organization of team work in the process of studying professionally oriented disciplines; integration of the culturological aspect into professionally oriented disciplines; stimulating a self-reflexive attitude to the process of forming the qualities of intercultural interaction. Communicative culture as a level of successful organization of intercultural interaction in a multicultural situation, together with appropriate training in professional English, involves knowledge of the features of communicative style, which is typical for sociocultural system and largely determines intercultural differences that can become a significant communicative barrier . The selected conditions emphasize the important components of the process of formation of intercultural interaction, namely: value orientations, organization of teamwork, the importance of the culturological aspect in learning, important qualities for work in a multicultural environment.
