dc.description.abstractУ статті наведено результати дослідження та узагальнення існуючих теоретичних підходів стосовно компонентної структури готовності. На основі теоретико-методологічного аналізу літератури запропоновано чотирикомпонентну структуру готовності, яку складають ціннісно-мотиваційний, інформаційно-змістовий, діяльнісно-вчинковий, оцінювально-рефлексивний компоненти. У роботі надано психолого-педагогічний зміст кожного з компонентів готовності студентів закладів вищої освіти до духовно-морального розвитку молодших школярів, окреслено подальші напрями вивчення зазначеного феномену.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis article is aimed at the analysis of main structural components of University students' readiness for the spiritual and moral development of primary school children in the context of a competence-based approach. The research is based on the analysis and systematization of the domestic and foreign philosophical, psychological, and pedagogical literary sources on issues of development of readiness, structural components of this readiness. In the article the author presents the results of research and generalization of the existing theoretical approaches concerning the component structure of readiness. It has been proved that structure of University students' readiness for the spiritual and moral development of primary school children is a complex super-system of professional training within the specialty "Primary education". At the same time, this readiness is a subsystem in the process of development of cultural and educational space of the personality, who intends to work with primary school children. On the basis of theoretical and methodological analysis of literary sources the author proposes a four-component structure of readiness, consisting of value-motivational, content-informative, activity-behavioral, evaluative-reflexive components. The author presents the psychological and pedagogical content of each component of University students' readiness for the spiritual and moral development of primary school children, outlines further perspectives of the research of this phenomenon. The first part of the future research deals with general, broad understanding of the processes of spiritual and moral development of the personality as a whole, the second part is focused on the future teacher's orientation for the spiritual and moral development of primary school children. The component structure of the future teacher's readiness for the spiritual and moral development of primary school children is schematically presented. It has been proved that each component is not developed in isolation from others, but implies the dialectical unity of all these components.uk_UA
