dc.description.abstractУ статті аналізується зміст та специфіка навичок спілкування викладачів музичних коледжів в процесі професійної діяльності, розглядаються можливі показники успішності спілкування фахівців музичного профілю. Автором статті здійснено спробу системно-структурного аналізу комунікативної діяльності, узагальнено результативні показники навичок спілкування, здійснено систематизацію необхідних умінь відповідно до освітніх компонентів викладачів музичних коледжів. Результатом стає діалог і взаємодія учасників освітнього процесу. Подальшого дослідження потребує питання впровадження дієвих механізмів корекції дій та вчинків у процесі професійного спілкування викладачів, які забезпечать у майбутньому розвиток педагогічної майстерності (виконавської, лекторської, педагогічної) фахівців музичних коледжів.
dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes the content and specificity of communication skills of music college teachers in the process of professional activity, considers possible indicators of communication success of specialists of music profile. The author of the article attempted to make a system-structural analysis of the communicative activity of teachers of music colleges, summarized the effective indicators of communication skills, systematized the necessary skills according to educational components. The analysis of the necessary components proposed by the actor is the result of pedagogical observation, the conducted review of the documentation of art education institutions. The effective product of the communicative component of music college teachers is proposed to determine the activation of communication based on the joint interaction of the participants of musical activities. Indicators of the success of communication are mutual trust in communication with students of higher education institutions based on joint interaction; free use of professional and artistic terminology in musical activities; ease and adequacy of establishing contact with the interlocutor to resolve professional situations. The author of the article suggests considering its following features: the ability to communicate on matters of musical art and free operation of professional speech culture, fast pace of speech and quality of reproduction of the performance interpretation of a musical work; establishing contact with the interlocutor, getting pleasure from communication, establishing trust during communication. The result of the formation of the communicative component of music college teachers is a dialogue and interaction, coloured by positive emotional and aesthetic experiences, enthusiasm for artistic activity, empathetic feelings, with a sense of success in musical activity dominating. The issue of implementing effective mechanisms for correcting actions and conduct in the process of professional communication of teachers, which will ensure the future development of pedagogical skills (performing, lecturing, pedagogical) of music college specialists, requires further research.
