dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена концептуалізації структури та змісту інформаційної підтримки процесу управління операціями трансфертного ціноутворення та декомпозиції обліково-аналітичного та контрольного забезпечення з метою врахування всіх факторів та чинників, що можуть вплинути на процес управління. Наведено власне визначення інформаційної підтримки процесу управління операціями трансфертного ціноутворення. Розроблено та відображено структуру і функціональність інформаційної системи управління операціями трансфертного ціноутворення як інструменту інформаційної підтримки. Удосконалено логічну схему формування облікового забезпечення управління операціями трансфертного ціноутворення в умовах функціонування управлінської інформаційної системи. Запропоновано форму автоматизації здійснення FAR-аналізу та її аналітичну інтерпретацію у формі секторальної моделі FAR-рівня факторів та умов контрольованої операції. Розроблено модифіковану модель концепції внутрішнього контролю COSO в управлінні операціями трансфертного ціноутворення.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the conceptualization of the structure and content of information support for the process of managing transfer pricing operations and the decomposition of accounting, analytical and control support to take into account all factors and factors that can affect the management process. The actual definition of information support for the management of transfer pricing operations is given, which should be understood, on the one hand, as a set of technical and technological solutions created for information support for the management of the transfer pricing process in the company in accordance with the adopted policy; on the other – a management service, the main purpose of which is to provide operational information management of transfer pricing operations on the basis of databases and information resources and the preparation of transfer pricing reports for a wide range of stakeholders. The structure and functionality of the information system for managing transfer pricing operations as a tool for information support has been developed and displayed. The logical scheme for the formation of accounting support for the management of transfer pricing operations in the conditions of the operation of the management information system, which is based on a defined methodological basis, a number of tasks and principles, the main purpose of which is to identify, evaluate, register and display the fact of carrying out business transactions within the framework of transfer pricing on corresponding accounts and accounting registers, thereby forming an array of accounting data useful in making management decisions, performing analytical procedures and forming transfer pricing reports. A form of automation of the FAR analysis and its analytical interpretation in the form of a sectoral model of the FAR level of factors and conditions of the controlled operation is proposed, which is valuable since the FAR analysis forms an understanding of the “contribution” of the parties to the controlled operations. A modified model of the COSO internal control concept in the management of transfer pricing operations has been developed. Developed internal standards and an effectively built system of internal control of transfer pricing operations will allow to increase the level of trust on the part of tax authorities, which will fully comply with the principles of tax compliance.uk_UA
