dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито особливості організації та методику проведення експериментального дослідження щодо перевірки ефективності впровадження системи підготовки майбутніх керівників закладів загальної середньої освіти до застосування технологій педагогічного менеджменту. Визначено мету, загальну гіпотезу й окреслено програму експериментального дослідження, яка включає контатувальний, пошуковий, формувальний та контрольний етапи. Підібрано методики діагностики компонентів за визначеними критеріями та показниками готовності майбутніх керівників ЗЗСО до застосування технологій педагогічного менеджменту. Ключові слова:uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to outline the organization and methods of conducting an experimental test of the effectiveness of the system of training future heads of general secondary education institutions to use pedagogical management technologies. Research methods: observation of educational activities of applicants, methods of oral and written interviews (questionnaires, testing), work on case situations, training, expert evaluation of scientific and pedagogical staff of students' academic achievements; methods of psychodiagnostics, extrapolation, modeling; methods of mathematical statistics. The article reveals peculiarities of organization and methods of conducting experimental research to verify the effectiveness of the system of training future heads of general secondary education institutions to use pedagogical management technologies. The purpose, general hypothesis and the program of experimental research are defined. Methods for diagnosing the readiness of future leaders of GSEI to use pedagogical management technologies have been selected. Conducting research and experimental work during the ascertaining, exploratory, molding and control stages was aimed at testing the general hypothesis: professional training of future leaders of GSEI will be effective if it is carried out on the basis of scientifically sound and experimentally tested system of training specialists in pedagogical management technologies. Assessment of the level of readiness of future managers to use pedagogical management technologies was carried out in accordance with the developed components, criteria and their indicators. The prospect of further research is to identify psychological and pedagogical conditions for further improvement of the process of forming the readiness of applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education to use pedagogical management technologies.uk_UA
