dc.description.abstractThe article develops the theoretical and methodological foundations of distance learning in the system of continuous education and its characteristic features (flexibility, modularity, parallelism, remote action, asynchrony, massiveness, economic efficiency, the changed role of the teacher, the new role and activity of the student, specialized control of the learning process, the use modern teaching aids, sociality, internationality); the differences of distance learning are primarily an axiological approach; a set of issues regarding the introduction of the distance learning system into real pedagogical practice (its social, worldview, value, methodical, legal, financial, economic, organizational, didactic, technological, psychological, applied, and educational aspects) were resolved; organizational forms of distance education (traditional (correspondence); with fragmented use of information and communication technologies; electronic; combined) and traditional full-time form of education (in the distance education system, the student as a customer of knowledge; the informational and educational environment of distance learning is much wider, but it regulates the behavior of the participants of the educational process and disciplines students to a greater extent than traditional full-time education); the specifics of the personal interaction of the participants in the distance learning process and the distance management of the learning processes (anthropological, psychophysical, socio-psychological aspects that are revealed prevail; it suggests conducting educational work in the conditions of distance education.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractУ статті розроблено теоретико-методологічні основи дистанційного навчання в системі безперервної освіти та її характерні риси (гнучкість, модульність, паралельність, далека дія, асинхронність, масовість, економічна ефективність, змінена роль вчителя, нова роль і діяльність учня, спеціалізований контроль процесу навчання, використання сучасних засобів навчання, соціальність, інтернаціональність); відмінності дистанційного навчання насамперед аксіологічний підхід; вирішено комплекс питань щодо запровадження системи дистанційного навчання в реальну педагогічну практику (її соціальні, світоглядні, ціннісні, методичні, правові, фінансові, економічні, організаційні, дидактичні, технологічні, психологічні, прикладний та освітній аспекти); визначено організаційні форми дистанційного навчання (традиційний (листування); з фрагментарним використанням інформації та зв'язку технології; електронні; комбінований) та традиційна денна форма навчання (у дистанційній системі навчання студент як замовник знань; інформаційно-освітнє середовище дистанційного навчання є набагато ширше, але менше, ніж традиційне денне навчання, регулює поведінку учасників освітнього процесу і більшою мірою дисциплінує студентів); специфіка особистісної взаємодії учасників процесу дистанційного навчання та управління дистанцією процесів навчання (переважають людинознавчі, психофізичні, соціально-психологічні аспекти, що розкриваються; висуває проведення виховної роботи в умовах дистанційного освіти.uk_UA
