dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано значення соціальної компетентності як важливої складової проєктної культури майбутнього педагога. Для вирішення поставленої мети було використано такі методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз педагогічної літератури, нормативних документів, матеріали періодичних видань із теми дослідження; структурно‐логічний аналіз та систематизація; зіставлення різних поглядів на проблему; узагальнення. Встановлено, що соціальна компетентність майбутнього вчителя є важливою складовою його професійної підготовки. Розвинута соціальна компетентність допомагає вчителю залучати учнів до активної участі,розуміти їх потреби та інтереси, сприяє формуванню педагогічної майстерності та підвищує якість навчання та виховання. Проєктна культура майбутнього педагога є ключовим аспектом його професійної підготовки. Проєктна культура розвиває у майбутніх педагогів компетенції у плануванні та організації проєктної діяльності,сприяє формуванню соціальної компетентності та педагогічної майстерності.Напрямками подальших наукових пошуків вбачаємо у досліджені ефективних методів формування творчого мислення у майбутніх педагогів через проєктну діяльність.
dc.description.sponsorshipThe article draws attention to the significance of developing social competence in future educators and its role in project activities in educational institutions. To solve the set goal, the following research methods were used: theoretical: analysis of pedagogical literature, normative documents, materials of periodicals on the research topic; structural‐logical analysis and systematization; comparison of different views on the problem; generalization. Firstly, the article emphasizes that social competence is one of the key components of the future teacher's project culture. It is defined as the ability of the teacher to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues, students, parents, and other participants in the educational process. The ability to create a supportive classroom climate and facilitate interaction among all participants is crucial for successful project implementation. The author provides a definition of social competence as a set of skills that enable an individual to interact effectively with others and cope successfully with changing social situations. It is not just a set of knowledge but also the ability to achieve goals built on interaction with others, adherence to social norms, and understanding and acceptance of various cultural, ethical, and social differences. Project culture involves the teacher's ability to create comprehensive educational projects, actively engage students in active learning, develop critical thinking, creative potential, and promote the development of communication skills. The article describes the main methodologies for developing the future general education school teacher's project culture, including project‐ based learning, real‐world practice, role‐playing games and simulations, creative projects, presentations, independent work, reflection, and assessment. Overall, the article highlights the importance of developing social competence as a necessary condition for the successful project activities of future teachers in general education schools. The teacher's ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and create a conducive environment for learning and student development is crucial for achieving educational and developmental goals.
