dc.description.abstractАвтором зазначено, що в час демократизації суспільних відносин великого значення набуваю філософія людиноцентризму. Важливим стаю впровадження інноваційних технологій в управління персоналом. З огляду на це мета статті полягала у виявленні й розкритті проблемних питань упровадження інноваційних технологій в управління закладом освіти в контексті гуманістичного підходу. Використано такі методи: аналіз, синтез, зіставлення, систематизація, екстаполяція, що Дозволили дослідити джерельну базу з означеної проблеми, розкрити сутність досліджуваних явищ, виявити можливості впровадження інноваційних технологій управління організаціями в Діяльність керівника закладу освіти. Ми дійшли висновку про потребу формування професійної культури керівників на гуманістичних засадах та впровадження відповідних інноваційних технологій управління.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe author notes that during democratization of social relations, philosophy of human-centeredness becomes of great importance. Implementation of innovative technologies in personnel management is becoming important. In view of this, the purpose of presented article is to identify and reveal the problematic issues of innovative technologies implementation into the management of the education institution in the context of the humanistic approach. The following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, and statistic analysis, which allowed to explore the source base of the problem, to reveal the essence of the phenomena under investigation, to identify the possibility of introducing innovative technologies for managing organizations in the activities of the head of the education institution. It has been established that the peculiarities of the activity of the modern head of the education institution are connected with democratic ways of organizing the relations in the team, the ability to introduce innovations into the management system in the context of the humanistic approach. The head of the new generation is characterized by new managerial thinking, that characterizes: movement from technologization of processes to humanization of relationships; man-centered views; forming a team of like-minded people; democratization of management through decentralization and strengthening of the role of horizontal relations; coordination of goals of the organization, management and personnel; strengthening the role of mutual control and self-control; forming culture of an organization, etc. The leading position of the head is put forward in the first place. Effective leadership can be under the conditions of participatory and facilitative management, and the main tools of management in the context of the humanistic approach are cultural and ethical methods of management. Recently, researchers and practitioners have been promoting "coaching" as an effective means of improving the style of managerial behavior. The general basis of "coaching" can be described in several components: partnership, unleashing potential, result. We came to the conclusion about necessity and importance of a professional culture of manager formation on a humanistic basis and implementation of appropriate innovative management technologies.uk_UA
