Анотація
У статті проведено теоретико‐методичний аналіз технологічного підходу до освітнього процесу та узагальнено власний досвід використання інноваційних технологій у процесі навчання студентів. Освітній процес розглядається як штучно створена та керована система, а сама технологія як сукупність і послідовність методів і прийомів, спрямованих на отримання запланованого результату. Показано, що використання технологічного підходу до освітнього процесу стимулює інтерес студентів до навчання та дає можливість набути необхідні майбутньому фахівцю компетентності. Подальші дослідження вбачаємо у розширеному аналізі арсеналу технологій та виокремленні тих, які забезпечать підвищення якості освітнього процесу.
The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the technological approach to the educational process. Summarized own experience of using innovative technologies in the process of student education. The educational process is considered as an artificially created and managed system. Technology is considered as a set and sequence of methods and techniques aimed at obtaining a planned result. The traditional educational system is being replaced by a person‐oriented one. Traditional technologies are complemented by innovative ones, which provide for significant changes in the educational process, its direction towards the intellectual development of the individual due to the increase in the role of the creative component. Using the example of a laboratory practicum in physics, it is shown that the use of a technological approach to the educational process stimulates students' interest in learning and provides an opportunity to acquire the necessary competencies for a future specialist. In laboratory classes, students begin to better understand the physical phenomena and processes being studied, thanks to the fact that the classes create conditions for the manifestation of student activity, participation in joint activities. Students feel comfortable, calm and relaxed during classes. Therefore, they have the opportunity to show their abilities, acquire new knowledge, attainments and skills. The educational processtoday should be oriented to the personality of the student, take into account his abilities and individual characteristics, form his own activity and stimulate its development. After all, an indicator of the quality of higher education is not only knowledge, skills and abilities, but also the formed creative personality of a specialist who is capable of self‐development during life, self‐education and innovative activities. It can be argued that the use of a technological approach to the educational process stimulates students' interest in certain sciences and academic disciplines, and provides an opportunity to acquire the necessary competences for a future specialist. Further research can be seen in the extended analysis of the arsenal of technologies and the selection of those that will ensure an increase in the quality of the educational process.
