dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто проблему оновлення організації музично‐ просвітницької роботі вчителя музики на засадах застосування ідей сучасних наукових підходів: культурологічного, особистісного, комунікативного, герменевтичного, компетентісного та інноваційного підходів. Обґрунтовано їх значущість, зумовлену сутнісними змінами у сфері пізнавальної діяльності школярів сучасної генерації, а також їхніми особистісно‐психологічними властивостями, обумовленими перевагою віртуальних способів спілкування, комп’ютеризацією й цифровізацією дозвіллєвої діяльності. Схарактеризовано принципи реалізації обраних наукових підходів у процесі підготовки майбутніх учителів до музично‐просвітницької діяльності. Представлено педагогічні умови, забезпечення яких сприяє вирішенню завдань дослідження.
dc.description.abstractThe article focuses on the problem of updating the organization of musical educational work of a music teacher based on the application of ideas of modern scientific approaches: cultural, personal, communicative, hermeneutic, competence‐based and innovative. The author substantiates their significance, which is conditioned by the socio‐ cultural needs and requirements of modern society, as well as essential changes in the style of communicative and cognitive activity of school students of the modern generation and their personal and psychological properties, caused by the preference of virtual methods of communication, computerization and digitization of leisure activities. The principles of implementing selected scientific approaches in the process of training future teachers for musical and educational activity are characterized: the principle of activation of students’ socio‐cultural, educational and professional responsibility; harmonization of the developmental and educational components of the educational process as a means of forming professional competence, ensuring the individualization of the educational process; integration orientation of the experience of artistic and pedagogical knowledge; principles of facilitative support and establishing a dialogic, subject‐creative style of communication; hermeneutic circle; activation of creative and methodical initiative, independence of thinking and activity. Pedagogical conditions are presented; their provision contributes to the solution of research tasks: stimulation of future music teachers’ responsible attitude to the formation of school vstudents’ need for musical impressions; encouragement to master a dialogic and facilitative, artistic and emotional style of communication; application of problem‐based and creative tasks aiming at activating future teachers’ experience in using innovative music and educational technologies and improving their ability for self‐education and professional self‐improvement throughout life.
