dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено теоретико-методологічні та прикладні засади організації взаємодії суб’єктів господарювання в межах транснаціональних будівельних інвестиційних проєктів. У межах дослідження виявлено й систематизовано типові організаційно-технічні ризики координації у вигляді деструктивних ланцюгів «причина → ризик → можливий наслідок», що відображають вплив інформаційних розривів та похибок на стиках інженерних інтерфейсів на капітальні витрати й строки реалізації. Запропоновано превентивний механізм управління проєктом, заснований на інтеграції п’яти концентричних контурів управління: відповідальності, документації, технічних інтерфейсів, локальної відповідності та експлуатаційної готовності. Доведено, що успіх девелопменту промислових підприємств визначається чіткістю розподілу повноважень сторін, координацією інженерних стиків та системністю управління ризиками.
dc.description.abstractThe article explores the theoretical, methodological, and applied principles of organizing interaction between business entities within transnational industrial construction investment projects. The methodological framework of the research is based on a systems approach to the management of large-scale infrastructure facilities. In the course of the study, a comprehensive set of scientific methods was applied: the case study method (an anonymized analysis of a real plant construction project) to identify key stakeholders and detail their functional roles; structural-functional analysis and decomposition methods – to construct a descriptive five-level coordination model (strategic, technological, interface, documentation, and local-regulatory levels); tabular modeling – to design a comprehensive responsibility assignment matrix across all life cycle phases of the facility; causal modeling and risk analysis methods – to formulate destructive chains of "cause → risk → possible consequence"; and graphical and concentric modeling methods – to substantiate the preventive mechanism of integrating five project management loops. As a result of the study, a holistic organizational and technical system of interaction between international partners has been developed, which ensures the consistent adaptation of global engineering into the domestic regulatory field. Typical risks of informational and technical gaps at the construction site have been systematized, and a preventive control mechanism has been proposed through the loops of responsibility, documentation, technical interfaces, local compliance, and operational readiness. It is proved that the success of industrial plant development is determined not only by the technical parameters of the equipment but also by the clarity of the allocation of authority, the coordination of engineering interfaces, and the consistency of risk management. The proposed model is of a universal nature and can be used by the management of domestic enterprises as a practical toolkit for strategic planning and optimization of inter-firm interaction during the implementation of similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
